DESCRIPTION – Along with muscle awakening and strengthening, fat burning is an important daily routine in weight reduction, especially for older bodies where fat becomes thick and stubborn and metabolism slows down. These four MP3s with The Decrees and fat burning sounds are four levels of fat burning and increasing digestive powers and it is best to go through them sequentially one week at a time.
