Who do we contact?
Happivize LLC only contacts individuals who specifically request that we do so or in the event that they have signed up to receive our free products, programs, newsletters or have purchased one of our products.
What information do we collect?
Happivize LLC collects information in three categories:
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- name and e-mail address – provided by you for registration to receive our free newsletters.
- name, postal address, phone and credit card information – provided by you when purchasing our products.
- demographic information – used to improve our marketing, products and services.
All such information is strictly protected and used only for delivering the content and products the user has signed up for or purchased by either a) Happivize or b) directly by the Practitioner that has created/is delivering the program or session purchased. It may also be accessible by website developers and software providers in the course of technical support for delivering website content and products, we do take a lot of effort to protect this information unless strictly necessary for delivery of technical support.. This information is never sold or rented in any form (even aggregately) with parties other than those listed above.
Use of your Email Address
Your name and email address as entered into our database will be used to send out newsletters, information about our upcoming products and services, and other marketing or transactional communications (such as email receipts for purchases). We may from time to time inform you of some event or product that we feel may benefit you and for which Happivize LLC may receive remuneration should you choose to choose to purchase product(s) from that event or seller. Additionally, Practitioners whose products you have purchased, and only practitioners whose products you have purchased, may also email you about similar subjects.
We will never sell or rent your information to any third party – ever.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking Update Preferences in any non-transactional email and choosing Unsubscribe All. You can also unsubscribe from Practitioner emails at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in their emails.
How do we store your information?
Your email address, name, and any postal information provided with an order is stored on the server that delivers Happivize LLC newsletters (Drip) and on our Happivize.com server. Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage those lists as part of Happivize’s normal business functions, which may include paid contractors and/or software engineers to ensure business operating software is functioning properly. Paid contractors and/or software engineers cannot export the data, but may see various records while performing their business functions.
For credit/debit card information, we only store the last 4 digits of credit cards on Happivize servers, the remaining details are provided directly to our credit card processor, Authorize.net and ChasePaymentTech, and Happivize and any of its other providers or contractors can never see or access the rest of the credit card number or details.
All of the newsletters that are sent to you by Happivize LLC include the ability to unsubscribe by clicking on Update Preferences. There you can choose any or all lists you wish to remove yourself from.
This website uses Matomo Analytics to help analyze how visitors use this site. Matomo Analytics uses “cookies”, which are small text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. We specifically switched from Google Analytics to Matomo on May 23, 2020, because Matomo does not share the data with anyone or use it to track your movements on the internet. Matomo is known as “ethical tracking”.

Compliance with GDPR
Although Happivize.com is a US based company and does not specifically target European Union citizens, we do welcome everyone from all over the world into our community. Anyone (no matter where they live) who wants to avail themselves of the right to view or delete any customer data we have, please contact us at support at happivize, and we will facilitate your request.
This policy may be changed at any time at Happivize LLC’s discretion. If we should update this policy, we will post the updates to this page on our Website. This policy was revised April 9, 2021, to update our business address and to specify what email providers/contractors may have access to your data.
