About Zureida Garda
Hi! My name is Zureida. About 10 years ago I realized that I wasn’t terribly happy or fulfilled with my life. I knew I couldn’t keep living the colorless half-life I was living. I knew I had to figure out who I was and what I truly, madly, deeply wanted to do to make a difference in the world. So I went on a whirlwind of soul searching and finding-myself adventuring, and voila here I am today, living a life of bright and vibrant color and healing!
I became a psycho-energetic coach and healer. What on earth does that mean? Well, I combined lots of training in psychology with exciting energy healing techniques, and created a powerful and effective therapy that helps create deep and lasting change for YOU.
All the healing tools I use I’ve done on myself as a guinea pig, to make sure they really work. And along the way I’ve created my own magic formulas to help get you to the bright and vibrant life you deserve!
I work proactively, practically and positively. It’s all about empowering you and helping you to transform. If you are willing and eager to live to your highest potential, then we will work brilliantly together.

I have worked as a healer and a coach for 10 years. I work proactively and positively to facilitate healing transformation. Drawing from my extensive training in psychology and energy healing, I help you to identify and shift deeply held beliefs, emotions and energies, in order to facilitate profound and lasting change and transformation. My approach is from a higher/soul point of view, helping you to understand your challenges from a soul perspective, and to thereby align you with the highest calling and healing of your Being.
In a private session we will identify the core beliefs specific to you and your life experiences. We will explore the impact of these beliefs on your life and your relationships. We will then utilise Subconscious Belief Transformation (SBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and energy/soul healing which is tailored just for you.
Once we transform beliefs and emotions on a subconscious level, your vibration in the world begins to change, and you will begin to attract more positive experiences and people into your life.
You will also receive a PDF of tapping points (EFT) so you can easily follow along with Zureida should you she be guided to use tapping with you.

This is a healing meditation to help you with difficult emotions or thoughts which may arise. In meditation deep levels of healing are possible as we can reprogram and rewire our brain and energy systems. Through the meditation we access deeper/slower brainwave states (Theta brainwaves). In this brainwave state we can access the subconscious, which is our ‘feeling’ mind. In our subconscious, we hold core beliefs/habits we learned from childhood, as well as our deep emotions (fear/sadness/loss). Beliefs and deep emotions can be completely healed and transformed when we access and do healing within our subconscious.

Before I met Zureida I was completely depressed and struggling to function in my daily life. I was experiencing severe anxiety and was as a result, struggling to attend lectures at varsity and therefore failing my classes.I had no confidence, self esteem or any form of self motivation and was suicidal. I was put onto anti-depressant medication which helped numb the feelings but ultimately did not allow me to confront and deal with my situation. I had also experienced a family trauma at a young age which left my parents, especially my Mom very unwell. I was unaware of the effect this was having on my current situation, as having an ill mother seemed normal to me.
I heard about Zureida through word of mouth, but she was exactly the right person to help me through my dark times. Zureida has given me the tools and guidance that has enabled me to overcome and deal with my situation. She taught me techniques like tapping and self soothing as well as opening me up to viewing my sensitive, “A-type” personality as a positive trait. Zureida helped me to make very big decisions that lead me onto a completely different path which allowed me to follow my heart and my dreams.
I am able to see my life in a much more positive way now and I am generally a more well-rounded, happy and healthy person with a joyous outlook on life.

Due to traumatic events in my life I had reached a really low point. I felt emotionally, mentally and physically drained. I had anxiety, depression and low self esteem.
Zureida welcomed me, , understood me, made me feel safe and most importantly gave me tools to help empower myself (physically and mentally)-she’s helped me get back on track by doing exercises that involve positive self talk (like the tapping exercise), she’s also helped me deal with my depression by letting me release all the emotions I’ve been holding back for many years as well as overcome the trauma I experienced with my family.

My situation at work was completely untenable and toxic, I had become depressed, demoralized and my self confidence was nonexistent. In addition, my personal life had reached an all time low and I was desperate as to how to continue in a relationship where I was extremely unhappy. I was struggling to sleep and felt emotionally, physically & mentally exhausted. I found myself bursting into tears all the time and just didn’t know where to turn for help. My life was completely without joy!
My situation was made worse when I decided to take early retirement (on the advice of my husband) & while I was adjusting to my changed circumstances, my husband informed me that he wanted a divorce, as “he would be far happier on his own & no longer wanted any family responsibilities”.
When I first started working with Zureida, I was completely desperate, depressed, crying constantly and afraid of everything. After several sessions, I have gradually managed to deal with issues from the past, trauma as a result of my toxic work situation and my long and difficult marriage. Now I am able to make decisions and plan for the future. I am sleeping better and therefore have more energy to deal with everything that is going on in my life at the moment (divorce, buying a new home etc.). I also find myself experiencing unexpected moments of joy & happiness.
I still have to deal with huge changes in my life but I now feel that with the support and guidance of Zureida I will manage to get through and survive.

I met Zureida Garda in my final year as a medical student. Being in medical school for six years is a test of endurance. I was on this downward spiral when a friend recommended Zureida’s services to me. I’m a firm believer in word of mouth referrals. It says much about the quality and integrity of an individual. The person who had referred me was a close friend and so, with nothing to lose, I sought out her help.
I think to a large extent, my life is very different. A lot of the circumstances that surrounded my story, before I started seeing her, are still very much present because they’re facts and unchangeable. I was at the edge of hell. Life had come to a tumbling stand still and I saw no way out. What HAS irrevocably changed since I started seeing her, are my perceptions and handling of these problems. What many of us don’t realize is that we’re often very trapped in our own minds by mental ruts we build over the years. Seeing Zureida allowed me to come to realize that I was the only person with the key to unlock this prison I’d incarcerated myself in and to then build a life outside of it. She gave me that option. She gave me those tools. She’s the first great choice I made on my road to recovery.
I was studying medicine when I first met Zureida. I was struggling to cope with the pressure of school and family issues. I was constantly stressed, anxious, depressed and fearful about failing. I needed help and I met Zureida through the university I attended.
She taught me practical skills to use to deal with my anxiety. She taught me tapping techniques. She taught me to identify situations that trigger certain emotions and how to deal with them. She taught me how to develop my self confidence and gave me the space to be completely open and vulnerable. She showed me that I am strong person and capable of achieving anything I set mind on. Can this really work?

- Only one refund can be requested within a 90-day period.
- As of March 2020, Paypal stopped refunding their fees which are 5%, so you will get 95% of your money back. If you think you may refund an item, we recommend using the direct credit card option as then you will get 100% of your refund.

I booked a session to see Zureida for help with relationships. I’d been having bad luck with a series of girlfriends and wanted to figure out why. I always tried to be there for my partners, being supportive and understanding. But they all, in some way or the other, ended up taking advantage of me. When I first booked a session with Zureida, I didn’t even know what was wrong, I just knew that I didn’t feel great and I felt so switched off from myself.
