For over 8 months I was experiencing severe pain in my right elbow and in my left shoulder and upper arm. The shoulder pain was dull yet strong that made it very difficult to sleep especially since I tend to sleep on my side. I would awaken several times through the night in agony and would have to sleep on my back with my arms straight at my sides from elbow pain. I was miserable. There was no reason given for what caused my pains except that I was suffering from “connective tissue disorder”. Doctors only suggested steroids which I refused.
I started listening to the mp3s for bones and also for teeth and after about 2 weeks, I noticed that my pain was so much better that I even started gardening (which I hadn’t done in years). Little by little my garden grew and after another 2 weeks (4 total), it occurred to me one day that I was no longer in pain AT ALL. I had forgotten all about it! I couldn’t believe it.
Aside from that, I had to get blood work done since my doctor was concerned that my calcium levels were too high and could be indicating osteoporosis. Over the past 2 years, my calcium levels had been around 10.2 to 10.4 which is out of range high. The latest blood test showed my calcium level was now 9.4, perfectly normal!
All this time too a toothache that had been bothering me suddenly stopped and I forgot all about that as well. Jo is truly an amazing healing facilitator and a sweet and caring woman. I suffered with repeated infections in my bladder which were treated with antibiotics which didn’t work and I ended up having a nephrectomy in 2000. In 2013 the infections returned. In 2015, I was told that I had to catheterise twice daily and this would be for the rest of my life in order to keep my bladder healthy. If this didn’t work the next stage for me would be kidney dialysis.
In 2018, after three years having to catheterise twice daily, to my horror the infections came back with a vengeance and I had to increase the frequency to three times daily. By this time the allopathic drugs were also having a very detrimental effect on my health. To help myself, with numerous other health issues I sought alternative and natural ways. I tried spiritual healing at my church and then I found Jo.
In her session with me she did some processes and immediately I felt relief. Shortly after that I had another hospital appointment and a scan. To my great delight they confirmed that my bladder was ’empty’, but they couldn’t understand how? or why?
I negotiated with them and they agreed that I could stop catheterising for 3 months to check how many infections I would get during this period. After this time had elapsed, I met with the consultant who scanned me there and then. He was lost for words, basically said that I was nothing short of a miracle! He couldn’t fathom out exactly how this was possible but what he was sure of was that I did not need to be catheterised for the rest of my life and he couldn’t explain why?

I had issues with my heart and shortness of breath, Jo magically cleared in this session. Diaphragm realigned – results in my breathing is remarkable.
Recently having had tests and a CT scan on the NHS for breathing problems I was informed my diaphragm under my left lung had pushed up into my lung (possibly caused by a fall some time earlier) and my lung was only working at fifty percent capacity, and there was no treatment or drugs that could help, it would not get any worse and I just have to live with it.

Before listening to the MP3s I felt that my body was not getting rest while sleeping. I wasn’t able to fall asleep quickly and now I can fall asleep faster and have more energy. I was also waking up more times at night to use the restroom or because any noise would wake me up. Now I don’t hear my Mom when she wakes up to use the restroom.

I was diagnosed with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 2016, also have Fibromyalgia, IBS and depression, cognitive thought problems, plantar fasciitis, golfer’s & tennis elbow in both arms, trouble with my vision in both eyes, muscle weakness and spasms especially my legs, intercostal muscles (muscles between my ribs) spasms in my back and shoulder/ neck. The entire atmosphere of my home is different. I can’t exactly explain it, but we “flow better”. My cats are getting a long better – yesterday they didn’t even fight!
