The world is overwhelming by design. Every headline, crisis, and spike of panic is engineered to exhaust you, because exhaustion creates poor health and apathy. But everyday people are waking up, and we are winning.
Awakening requires a return to the original spiritual architecture of humanity. As sovereign beings, we are being summoned to reclaim the Divine Feminine—the Sophia within us all. Now, that wisdom wants to return – to heal, to activate, to restore what has been missing.
The Sophia Codes are a living transmission of Divine Architecture Restoration. Each month, we unlock a new layer of your spiritual blueprint, rebuild what was disrupted, and activate what has always been yours.
Through Sophia Codes and Activations, along with her other healing modalities and gifts, Jo helps you reconnect to your Divine Blueprint, strengthen your energetic sovereignty, restore your spiritual architecture, activate wisdom and clarity, and reawaken the Sophia within. This isn’t just healing the body, these are transmissions and energetic upgrades to restore all that your original blueprint enables you to be.

As a researcher in neurology and neuroscience and bioenergetic scientist, I dedicate my work to developing innovative tools that help individuals overcome physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges.
My devotion to working with fascia and the extracellular matrix, the extraordinary network that bridges the physical body and the esoteric self, has allowed me to witness profound transformations in my clients. Many experience deep emotional shifts, including improved mood, reduced irritation and anger, less fear and worry, and a renewed sense of joy, confidence, and emotional resilience.
These emotional changes often ripple outward into physical rejuvenation: strengthened immunity, restored vitality and youthfulness, balanced weight, enhanced relationships, and a greater overall quality of life. Many of my clients have experienced remarkable recoveries from conditions once considered “incurable.” These include restoration of mobility after paralysis, recovery from organ failure, and profound improvements in hypertension, long-standing lymphedema, gut issues, chronic weight imbalance, and even visible signs of aging.
As humanity moves into the 4th density, more advanced tools and strategies are required to support the collective shift from darkness into light. A year ago, I received powerful codes and activations, the Sophia Codes, which are already supporting hundreds of people as they learn to navigate this new energetic landscape.
My work is deeply personal as well as professional. I have personally healed from psoriasis, multiple pulmonary embolisms, and uterine cancer. These experiences, combined with my scientific and energetic training, ground my commitment to guiding others toward lasting transformation, vitality, and self-mastery.

PURPOSE – Support the healthy function and natural balance of the Liver and Gallbladder, encouraging digestive comfort, healthy bile flow, detoxification, and energy, reduced bloating and heaviness, improved energy and vitality, emotional balance, and a greater sense of inner flow and harmony. It also supports reducing muscle tension and tightness.
DESCRIPTION – In this nurturing healing call, we explore the powerful connection between the Liver, Gallbladder, digestion, emotions, stress, energy, and the flow of Qi.
From a TCM perspective, the Liver is closely associated with the smooth movement of Qi and is traditionally connected with emotions such as frustration, anger, and resentment. The Gallbladder is associated with courage, decisiveness, clarity, and the ability to move forward with confidence.
We will explore physical experiences that may be associated with Liver–Gallbladder imbalance, including bloating, indigestion, nausea, a feeling of fullness after eating, discomfort or heaviness in the upper-right abdomen, sensitivity to rich or fatty foods, sluggish digestion, changes in appetite, fatigue, low energy, headaches, tension, and feelings of physical heaviness or stagnation.
We will also explore how prolonged stress, emotional holding, lifestyle, nutrition, and digestive patterns may influence how we feel physically and emotionally, and include practical everyday tools to support healthy habits, digestion, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
This session includes Sophia Codes and Activations, guided healing techniques, and energy alignment practices to encourage the free flow of energy, release energetic stagnation, cultivate emotional balance, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm.

PURPOSE – Embark on a sacred 12-night journey of energetic awakening, manifestation and abundance — creating a powerful space to release limitation, open to receiving and reconnect with the infinite possibilities available to you.
As 2026 draws to a close, these 12 nights become a sacred bridge into 2027, allowing you to consciously close out the year with intention and step into the new year already aligned with the energy of who you are becoming.
This journey invites you to lovingly step into the energy of your abundant future self — the version of you who trusts, receives, creates, expands and knows that you are worthy of a life filled with love, joy, prosperity, peace and possibility.
DESCRIPTION – In this group call we will be preparing for your 12 Magical Nights — a sacred journey into manifestation, energetic alignment and the beautiful art of receiving.
Our call is perfectly timed for Sunday, December 20th, 2026, and you will start your journey the following day, Monday, December 21st — the night of the Winter Solstice.
Over these 12 nights, you are invited to leave behind the energy of not enough and consciously move towards the energy of: I am worthy. I am supported. I am open. I am abundant.
During our session together you will receive Sophia Codes, activations, energy tools, manifestation practices and transformational processes, so each night becomes an opportunity to connect with your heart, your intuition and the deeper wisdom within you.
You will be gently guided to explore what you truly desire, release old stories and limiting beliefs, and create energetic and emotional space for something new to unfold.
This is an invitation to remember that abundance is not simply about money or material wealth. Abundance can be found in:
The magic begins when you allow yourself to receive.
These 12 nights invite you to embody the energy of your abundant future self — to feel into the possibility of already being the person you are becoming.
This is also a powerful opportunity to consciously set yourself up for 2027. As the year draws to a close, these 12 nights become a sacred bridge — a chance to close out 2026 with intention and step into the new year already aligned with the energy of who you are becoming. Rather than waiting for January 1st to make a fresh start, you begin now — planting seeds of possibility that will carry you forward into a year of greater abundance, joy and expansion.
Rather than simply asking “What do I want?”, you are invited to explore:
With every night, you have an opportunity to plant another seed of intention, nurture it with love and consciously align yourself with the possibilities you wish to welcome.

PURPOSE – Support a greater sense of calm, awareness and freedom around cravings — whether they show up around food, sugar, smoking, alcohol, shopping, social media, codependent relationship patterns, or other habitual behaviours that no longer serve you.
This session helps you pause, understand what you are truly feeling beneath the craving, and make choices that feel more aligned with your wellbeing, your values, and the life you are creating.
DESCRIPTION – Cravings can arise for many reasons — hunger, emotions, stress, tiredness, habit, boredom, or simply because something has become part of our routine, like scrolling social media before bed or always having a dessert after dinner.
This gentle practice encourages you to notice a craving without judgement or the need to fight against it. Instead, you can become aware of the sensations, thoughts and emotions that accompany it, allowing yourself a little space between the craving and your response.
Through guided manifestations, Sophia Codes, activations, energy tools and transformational processes, relaxation, mindful breathing and positive suggestions, this session can help you develop a greater sense of choice and self-control. It may be used in relation to food cravings, smoking, or other habitual behaviours that you would like to change.

I’m writing to let others know about Jo as I recently discovered her awesome healing work, and my life has been completely transformed!
When I met Jo 7 months ago I had gone from a successful business and home owner to being broke and renting a room in a house, from healthy and happy to having numerous maladies, pain, depression, and was completely lost. Through a series of circumstances, I lost my home, my health, my looks, and my money. My hair was falling out and I had no confidence or self esteem.
I began my healing journey with Jo and quickly found my way back to my true healthy and abundant self again!
I am now on track to making $100,000, my hair has grown back thick and healthy, I am moving into a new beautiful home in the location of my dreams, I feel great about myself and my life again! I highly recommend Jo to anyone ready for choosing health, wealth and joy in their lives! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Jo!!! ~ Sara S.
For over 8 months I was experiencing severe pain in my right elbow and in my left shoulder and upper arm. The shoulder pain was dull yet strong that made it very difficult to sleep especially since I tend to sleep on my side. I would awaken several times through the night in agony and would have to sleep on my back with my arms straight at my sides from elbow pain. I was miserable. There was no reason given for what caused my pains except that I was suffering from “connective tissue disorder”. Doctors only suggested steroids which I refused.
I started listening to the mp3s for bones and also for teeth and after about 2 weeks, I noticed that my pain was so much better that I even started gardening (which I hadn’t done in years). Little by little my garden grew and after another 2 weeks (4 total), it occurred to me one day that I was no longer in pain AT ALL. I had forgotten all about it! I couldn’t believe it.
Aside from that, I had to get blood work done since my doctor was concerned that my calcium levels were too high and could be indicating osteoporosis. Over the past 2 years, my calcium levels had been around 10.2 to 10.4 which is out of range high. The latest blood test showed my calcium level was now 9.4, perfectly normal!
All this time too a toothache that had been bothering me suddenly stopped and I forgot all about that as well. Jo is truly an amazing healing facilitator and a sweet and caring woman. She is like none other. I was SO skeptical (since I am a Ph.D. scientist) and I am truly in awe of how she was able to help me. Her gentle nature made me feel so safe that it allowed the energies to be so effective. I also feel that I’ve become a calmer person as a result from working with her.
If you only follow one person, make it Jo Fernandes! ~ C.O.
When I first consulted Jo I had several health issues: my eyes, hormonal problems, not being able to walk properly amongst others. She has made me see that being open to energies around us can only bring positive change. Jo has a unique insight to tap into one’s psyche. Tunes in immediately and helps resolves issues. Wow oh wow! Such is her power!!
Last year, my dream business with an integral beautiful house came up on the market. I immediately viewed it and loved it, but could not possibly afford it, as with selling the present one, the shortfall was way beyond my means and impossible. I consulted Jo, who told me to believe that I would get it and we both set off working on this. Miraculously within weeks I was able to sell the small business and purchase the dream one and move in, against all odds!
Not long after that my son who was made redundant was able to secure another job.
I can’t express enough gratitude to Jo for the change she has made in our lives and to what we have achieved. Thank you Jo for your loving guidance and introducing us all to the wonders of healing energy and manifestation beyond all measure. ~ Nina
Jo’s infinite patience, unswerving support and persistence is finally making a difference. On a physical level she told me that my psoriasis, which I have suffered from since childhood, was a symptom of my leaky gut which I had no idea I had, despite battling for years against constant discomfort, dull headaches, nausea and tiredness.
Jo’s revelation got me researching and studying the condition and ultimately I have radically changed my diet. I have to say that my gut is the healthiest and happiest it has ever been, I now almost don’t even know I have a gut and the psoriasis is now all but gone.
My mental health issues, which also go back to my childhood, have been a constant challenge for me. I have never been able to open up as completely as I do to Jo. I can do this now because I feel safe with her. Jo is now a crucial and integral part of our lives and I feel extremely lucky and privileged that I was introduced to her. ~ Lissa
I suffered for several years with vertigo/vision issues, stiff sore muscles, frozen shoulders, skin issues including eczema, fungal infection.
Within a few minutes after Jo worked on me, my frozen shoulders opened significantly and have remained open. My muscles have softened, fungal cleared, vertigo, vision issues and eczema are reducing.
When Jo is working on me I feel energy move throughout my body and spontaneous movement occurs through spine and muscles. I feel the energy open through the core/central channel and I take huge breaths feeling my lungs open.
Jo has surprising knowledge of and insight into emotional issues that feel so close I would not think to even mention them and yet when she brings them up, I realize they are significant and important to bring awareness to. Jo is quite perceptive and has provided me with more awareness of my blocks to opening, moving and flowing more flexibly. I feel more integrated and connection throughout my system in general. ~ Cathy
I was having a severe histamine reaction one evening and the itching was uncontrollable. I was at my wits end and decided to play the sleep MP3. Within seconds I felt so calm, the itching now turned to sheer bliss! I Must have fallen asleep soon after. I woke up the next morning feeling so refreshed. I had had the best sleep ever! ~ Sue
I was struggling with TMJ pain for 20 years & dislocation from a surfing accident. I also had Ankle pain/ ligament damage post fracture following a serious fall 14 months ago when my ankle got trapped between some rocks.
Since Jo worked on my TMJ & ankle they’ve been a lot less painful and more stable. To my astonishment, I was sleeping better, and super relaxed. I would recommend Jo’s work to other people wholeheartedly 100% healer. ~ Liz T
I worked with Jo to help me with my bloating and my body felt twisted hence my knee was hurting. I experienced this bloating for about 40 years and the twist for about 10 years. Since working with Jo, the bloating is much better, I feel lighter and my clothes are not as tight.
I am delighted that my walking gait has changed, and my pelvis is now moving correctly and is no longer blocked which means I feel much straighter and my pelvic muscles are not as tight on my right hand side. I feel much more natural now when I am walking so I can walk the dogs further and my knee doesn’t hurt. Jo is very genuine, kind and generous and hugely talented and I wholeheartedly recommend her. ~ Helen
I suffered with digestive problems for most of my adult life. Things got progressively worse when I was rushed to hospital with an ulcerated duodenum. After the medical treatment I got severe bloating and belching and had regular episodes of diarrhea all of which went on for over a year. I had lost a lot of weight and my legs were swollen a lot of the time. Often the left side of my stomach felt like it was knotted and bulged out. I was in dire straits at that point as the medics were not able to do anything for me apart from give me medication, most of which made me feel worse.
One of my colleagues recommended me to Jo. After the very first session my stomach was the calmest it’s ever been since the surgery. I couldn’t believe it! I continued weekly sessions with her and four weeks later I could eat most foods with no consequences. All my symptoms went away, I feel I have got my life back. ~ Tony
I had an amazing and interesting session with Jo regarding a problem that I had for almost 50 years, where my face would swell up almost daily, and on some days my face would look distorted and uneven. Sometimes I would even have pain in my face, and at other times I was highly sensitive to face creams and make up. It was something I had struggled with my whole life, was often embarrassed about, and would avoid photos being taken of me. I thought it was my past ongoing sinus and allergies that started in my childhood. As Jo is a fascia healer I thought she would be perfect to help me with this issue and I was not wrong.
Jo ended up discovering that my still born sister’s energy had been stuck in my face since I was 2 years old, and I had also been carrying my mother’s pain of her death in my face. I was so relieved to finally know what was going on. Within a few weeks of my session with Jo my face looked/looks amazing, and I now love having my photo taken. The biggest added bonus was that immediately after the session I felt freer, more in control, so much more happier, less stressed, less conflicted and much clearer on what direction my life should go in. Also, since the session so much of my life and life decisions made more sense to me, and I was able to move on from the past leaving it behind me, and move forward into the present with much more excitement. I feel reborn!
I would wholeheartedly recommend Jo! Her compassionate, kind, gentle and sweet nature, and at the same time her assertiveness to see what is not right; together with her incredible gifts as a healer, and her deep knowledge of the human body and mind; is not only impressive, but also reassuring knowing you are in good hands with an ethical healer. ~ PB
I first came across Jo in April this year when she was offering support to clear Leaky Gut. Amazingly without much fuss or bother after a few weeks of group sessions I started to experience comfort in my belly. Since then I have had further support from Jo in a few areas of life and each time there has been a marked improvement. My weight is gradually reducing with no effort, bad habits have dropped away. The ways I deal with my finances are changing both on the level of spending and having a deeper understanding of money and its connection to the whole of me. Jo has incredible insight and gifts that she shares lovingly to produce lasting results. I have no idea how she does it. Only my knowing guided me to trust it and I have benefited enormously. ~ Phillipa
Through the absolutely amazing treatments I have received from Jo, I now have my life back after suffering from a serious health condition. This amazing lady has brought me back from a debilitating serious health crisis to where I love waking up knowing and experiencing a brighter outlook.
Jo has facilitated me in building my wealth through connecting with my guides and Angels.
I feel that I owe so much to this incredible lady as well as feeling extremely blessed that our paths have crossed. I know for sure that I wouldn’t be where I am now. I owe her my life and will always be indebted to her. Jo is one extraordinary gifted woman. ~ Lynn
I have been suffering from multiple chronic infections and autoimmune disorder throughout my life. In the last 6 years I have been dealing with Lyme disease.
With the Jo’s healing, my immunity has significantly improved and my oversensitivity decreased. Her scans are very accurate. She has always found the suitable solution for my concrete issue and strange symptoms. She helped me to open my heart and feel more joy and happiness. I really appreciate her loving approach. Jo is nothing short of a miracle worker. She understands energy and the human body like no other. She is committed to getting to the bottom of any issue or ailment and realigning you back to your Divine Truth. What Jo is helping me accomplish in my life is immeasurable.
She did a Life Mission reading for me and it confirmed everything I knew, but had been scared to step into. The shifts i’m making in my body, mind and life with Jo are incomparable to the 100s of other programs and healers I’ve worked with in the past. She is in a league of her own. Jo’s commitment to reconnecting you with your truth, life mission and your healthiest most radiant body health and wealth is next to none.
I’ve come to love and trust Jo like family and feel truly feel blessed to have her in my life. With Jo I feel so much more confident moving forward in my life in the ways I’ve always needed to. Because of her I’m more confident in who I am, and who I’m becoming. She is kind, loving, committed and I don’t hesitate to recommend her to absolutely everyone. She is hands down the best.
Working with Jo was easily the best decision I’ve made, and I am eternally grateful for her presence in my life. You will not be disappointed. ~ Elizabeth
I suffered with repeated infections in my bladder which were treated with antibiotics which didn’t work and I ended up having a nephrectomy in 2000. In 2013 the infections returned. In 2015, I was told that I had to catheterise twice daily and this would be for the rest of my life in order to keep my bladder healthy. If this didn’t work the next stage for me would be kidney dialysis.
In 2018, after three years having to catheterise twice daily, to my horror the infections came back with a vengeance and I had to increase the frequency to three times daily. By this time the allopathic drugs were also having a very detrimental effect on my health. To help myself, with numerous other health issues I sought alternative and natural ways. I tried spiritual healing at my church and then I found Jo.
In her session with me she did some processes and immediately I felt relief. Shortly after that I had another hospital appointment and a scan. To my great delight they confirmed that my bladder was ’empty’, but they couldn’t understand how? or why?
I negotiated with them and they agreed that I could stop catheterising for 3 months to check how many infections I would get during this period. After this time had elapsed, I met with the consultant who scanned me there and then. He was lost for words, basically said that I was nothing short of a miracle! He couldn’t fathom out exactly how this was possible but what he was sure of was that I did not need to be catheterised for the rest of my life and he couldn’t explain why?
This was a life changing moment. I just couldn’t stop the tears flowing. Thank you Jo. ~ Julie P
I had issues with my heart and shortness of breath, Jo magically cleared in this session. My breathing was instantly better, and gradually went back to completely normal, and issues with my heart (palpitations, skipped beat, pains) that were occurring daily, decreased to weekly, then monthly, and now hardly ever appear, and are much lighter.
On another occasion, she successfully helped me with different stomach issues, stubborn dry cough, concussion, neck pain, a strong throat pain on one side, for which the doctor sent me to the ultrasound that I never did because she healed it in one session, as well as many other physical and emotional issues.
I would absolutely recommend her work to other people wholeheartedly. I wish that everyone can get this kind of help. ~ Vladana
Diaphragm realigned – results in my breathing is remarkable.
Recently having had tests and a CT scan on the NHS for breathing problems I was informed my diaphragm under my left lung had pushed up into my lung (possibly caused by a fall some time earlier) and my lung was only working at fifty percent capacity, and there was no treatment or drugs that could help, it would not get any worse and I just have to live with it.
Having discussed my problem with Jo she has over a three week period worked the diaphragm back down and the consequent results in my breathing is remarkable. This is just one example of Jo’s remarkable work. ~ R.Q.
Before listening to the MP3s I felt that my body was not getting rest while sleeping. I wasn’t able to fall asleep quickly and now I can fall asleep faster and have more energy. I was also waking up more times at night to use the restroom or because any noise would wake me up. Now I don’t hear my Mom when she wakes up to use the restroom.
My body feels better and that makes me happy. I work 12-hour shifts on the weekends and walk a lot at work and before listening to the MP3s I would want to get to bed as soon as possible. Now I can rest and don’t feel like I need to be in bed. I was also able to release feelings about my Dad dying that I thought were gone. I cried so much and felt a big release.
Thank you so much, Jo!!! You are a kind, caring, generous and beautiful soul. Thank you for all you do for humanity and for being a blessing in my life. ~ Beronica
I was diagnosed with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 2016, also have Fibromyalgia, IBS and depression, cognitive thought problems, plantar fasciitis, golfer’s & tennis elbow in both arms, trouble with my vision in both eyes, muscle weakness and spasms especially my legs, intercostal muscles (muscles between my ribs) spasms in my back and shoulder/ neck. Bladder not emptying, bowel constipation or diarrhea. Fatigue. I lost all my confidence, self-worth, self-esteem, and self-respect. I also had some cysts.
After trying pharmaceutical products to no avail and the bloody awful side effects I chose a holistic approach. I have been suffering complex issues since 2010 and had to stop working in 2018.
My walking is gradually improving, I no longer take sleeping tablets. The muscle spasms have improved greatly. The pain is at a level that I can live a more fulfilled life now. Hooray! I have a great outlook on life now as I no longer have depression or cysts.
I never thought that I would start to feel like the old me (me before MS). I’ve started to socialize and enjoy meeting new people. My confidence is returning in my driving abilities which in turn has given me a lot more self-worth, improved my self-esteem and self-respect. I started to feel better mentally within a few days. My walking improved along with my cognitive abilities. I noticed the improvement in my bladder and bowel as some nights I don’t feel the need to urinate. I noticed an improvement with all my issues and I’m feeling very positive about my future now.
Thank you. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jo as a fantastic healer to all my family and friends. I only have Gratitude and respect for Jo’s amazing gifts. ~ Lynn Y

Yes, it can! We hear from people all the time who have all kinds of improvements in their lives through energy healing. Better Health, Abundance, Relationships, Career, Joy, Happiness.
And we also know that not every healer/coach is the right fit for every person. That’s why we give you the opportunity to listen to them work before you buy, so you can get an intuitive feel if it’s right for you.
Our best direction is to listen to your inner knowing, voice, guidance and wait until you connect with a speaker who gives you a clear YES. If it’s a kinda yes, then it’s not right for you right now. Maybe it will be later, or maybe you need to wait until you find the healer/coach who does inspire that YES!
