The mp3s are guided meditations with deep activations, all focused on reconnecting you to your Eternal Being and bring you back into proper alignment with the Eternal Life Force that emanates from within you. There is an energetic frequency embedded into the meditations – this frequency is not sound based, it is a field formed and fed by my deep intention of our collective return into our 12D Biology.

I’ve labeled the MP3s in the order to do them, at least the first time around.
The first 2 meditations I built specifically for you that is new to my work, so you can get familiar with :
1-Entering the Sacred Heart Space, learning the basics of how to bring information straight from Source directly into your Sacred Heart, and working with the Triple Heart Connection.

2-Entering the Core Star, the deepest level of your Being where your Divine Essence resides, and reconnecting the heart of each cell in your body to the emanation of your Eternal Light.

The 3rd and 4th MP3s will continue to deepen your connection to the Sacred Heart Space and the Core Star Level of your Being. They involve strengthening and amplifying the output of the Sacred Heart Space by working directly on the Assembly Point, and activating the extremely important connection between the Core Star and the Sacred Heart. Once these get going as a dynamic duo and the activation of the ‘pulling up’ motion from the Core Star into the Sacred Heart is solidified, it becomes much easier to activate your 12D Light Pillar using the Intention Breath.

The 3rd and 4th MP3s are to do and redo as often as possible. If it seems to you that you don’t feel the energies I’m playing with in these 2 recordings, please come back to the basics and re-do the 1st and the 2nd MP3s. No such thing here as ‘too much practice’. We’ve been living in our heads a long time, and our permanent relocation into our Hearts as our true center is a process. In my experience, the best way to work with this is in a playful way, using your imagination as the powerful tool it has always been.

The 5th and 6th MP3s give you a direct taste of how I work in my living container and how I dynamically use all these energy tools together to create big energy shifts deep inside of us. They are taken directly from my live 3h workshops, the same kind you will also be attending. They introduce you to the 2 other ‘Multi Dimensional Light Technologies’ we will be playing with in my Living Container:

-Working with the 7 Ascension Particles and activating the 9 physical (and 13 energetic) doorways in your body through which you absorb all these particles presently helping us evolve from carbon-based to silica-based bodies. Let yourself feel and flow with my words and the very specific frequencies of each of these 7 Ascension Particles as I bring them into different parts of your bodies. (MP3 #5)

-Working with Triple Digit Scepters, an internal technology we all carry within us that has recently become much more accessible than ever before. There are a total of 9 Scepters and in this particular workshop, I work with 3 of them – the Golden Orange 222 Scepter, the Rose Quartz 333 Scepter, and the Golden 555 Scepter to do a major clearing of dense energies in our 12D Light Pillars. You will get to know the other ones in my Living Container, as we bring them to your awareness and activate them from deep inside yourself.

I want to remind you of something important. My goal is always to bring all parts of us into a fun loving union. The mind is not asked to ‘get out of the way’ – we bring it with us everywhere we go and invite it to observe and learn. We tend to think we need to ‘do’ with our mind, but the truth is we ‘do’ with Being. The mind gets overwhelmed very quickly when there are multiple energies and flows to feel into at the same time, whereas at the level of Being when you are occupying the entire field of your consciousness, everything can happen together and be felt very fluidly. My hope is for you to develop a very clear discernment, via working with me through these MP3s and our live monthly energy tune up workshops, between when the mind is trying to do it versus you as a Being actually doing it! :)

I’d recommend doing the sequence in order at least once. If you’ve worked with me in the past 5 years, you already have a solid connection between the Sacred Heart and the Core Star. The 12D Light Pillar work and the Triple Digit Scepters are more recent in terms of collective activations. Anything you want to work on that involves clearing dense energies out of your field, I highly recommend playing with the Scepters.

Remember that these MP3s are a series of activations to prepare you, so you can ‘hit the ground running’ when you come into my Living Container and start working with me directly in our monthly ‘energy tune up’ (3h workshop) and continue receiving the activations all month with the 3 ‘energy top ups’ I do every week.

There’s no such thing as getting too deep in your Sacred Heart Center, or pulling up too much Divine Essence from your Core Star, or absorbing too much Ascension Particles, and so on, so there’s no limit I’m going to give you. What I will gently advise you to do, is to repeat the processes we do in the calls, on your own, without always having the guided support of my voice. Feeling into your Core Star, pulling its energy into your Sacred Heart Space, feeling your Assembly Point, doing the Triple Heart Connection and Intention Breath to strengthen your 12 Light Pillar: this entire sequence, once you’re familiar with it, can be done in less than 10 minutes and be a beautiful way to start your day!

I am a firm believer in the value of listening consciously, yet I also very much enjoy drifting off and allowing my subconscious to receive and absorb the energetic information in these audios (and recordings of the live workshops). That said, most of my work involves being fully there.

Learning to work with energies, be in a meditative state, and receive activations, while in movement, is highly recommended as an advanced practice to harmonize your many rhythms and flows. It also helps to develop the discernment I mentioned earlier, between trying to ‘do’ with your mind – which can only focus well on one thing at a time – and your Being!

My advice here would be as follows : if your mind is confused about certain aspects of the work we are doing with these Multi Dimensional Light Technologies within you (Core Star, Sacred Heart/Assembly Point, 12D Light Pillar, Tripe Digit Scepters), go back to the MP3s to deepen your experience of connecting to the energies in you.

All the live calls will use all these tools together, dynamically. You will get more and more familiar with each of them with practice, and my live workshops are very hands-on, practice-based. Last thing I want to say here is there is always a period near the end of the live workshops for questions and discussions about the tools being used.
