DESCRIPTION: Lectins (gluten is one type of lectin) and oxylates are both plant defense mechanism in the form of a toxin that kills bugs and pathogens that might eat them and prevents wildlife from eating all of them in one go. While we don’t want to eat them all day long (ie not kale in every meal), with helpful bacteria and enzymes we can digest normal amounts. It destroys the gut microbiome and contributes to many food intolerances.
This track will help to energetically rid body of glyphosate, “forever” chemicals (PFAS like Teflon), and microplastics.
Glycine + NAC – glyphosate displaces the amino acid glycine in the body. Glyphosate also seriously compromises the gut biome disrupting phospate transfer in the product of ATP (energy). But glycine energies can also displace glyphosate! And with NAC can also help create glutathione for liver support.

So with the liver, there actually are some not very expensive biohacks you can do physically BUT they are mostly messy, annoying, and often nauseating. Take castor oil packs – they are amazing. Cold-pressed hexane free castor oil in a glass jar is not that expensive $34/quart (liter), and you can buy a reusable flannel. But the oil is messy and so sticky. Clean up is tedious. You have to lie there for an hour. And you need to do this often/regularly. TUDCA is maybe $20/bottle, but it often makes loose elimination and nausea. Best if you take it with mimosa pudica seed…another $20. The idea with this biohack is to take the energies of all these therapies and put them into one track that is not messy, tedious, or nauseating!

Our largest internal organ, the liver does it all from metabolizing fats, carbs, and proteins to detoxing meds and alcohol to enzyme and hormone production to storing energy and micro nutrients to secreting bile for digestion. Because everything passes through the liver, it can get congested leading to not just liver conditions like NonAlcoholic Fatty Liver Disease but also skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
Supporting the liver to clear itself of toxins, stones, parasites, fatty deposits and congestion and increase bile production for improved digestion is HUGELY important for health and longevity.

Liver Gallbladder Flush – this really is an amazing physical therapy, but it’s gross! You fast after 2pm, then drink Epsom Salts at 6 and 8pm (believe me when I tell you they taste disgusting, but they loosen up the ducts so stones can flow), at 10pm you drink a mixture of 1/2 cup (125ml) olive oil and one large fresh grapefruit juice. Note you can use Macadamia Nut oil too, it has lower PUFA). At 6am and 8am more epsom salts. You will go to the toilet probably 20 times but you will see all sorts of cholesterol and stones come out. It’s fascinating. And time consuming and nauseating, but I do recommend it. See the info about the book in the Research note above. Having no problems before I can’t report any specific results, but the audios just make me feel good, somehow lighter and with more energy. I also noticed that I started eating less because I am satisfied sooner, so I lost some weight in a natural way. This is probably related to these audios as I haven’t listened to any of my weight loss programs recently.

I purchased Miracle Microbiome because I just felt sluggish and tired all the time. I spent a bit more time in the loo in the first couple of days and I noticed my husband did too! I noticed one evening as we were talking his eyes seemed brighter somehow, I looked at my face and noticed mine did too and on the whole I did look a bit brighter and skin looked clear, a bonus I didn’t expect. As the programme came to an end I noticed a huge overall improvement in my general health, not so sluggish and slow, more awake I the mornings and my jeans fit better across my belly which had flattened.
