Call 1: Histamine Intolerance

PURPOSE – Restore the balance of Histamine in the body to its optimum state.
DESCRIPTION – While the body does produce histamine, it can also enter through foods like cured meats, aged cheese and fermented food. It is released in the gut, playing a vital role in cell growth, barrier function, and overall balance in the body. It’s not the enemy—problems usually arise from excess histamine and lack of sunlight.
In the right amount, histamine supports immune function, neurotransmission, hormone regulation, blood pressure, protein synthesis, and healthy cell turnover. Too much, however, can cause brain fog, nasal congestion, post-nasal drip, asthma, skin rashes, or sudden blood pressure drops.
Conventional way is to reduce histamine overload by restricting foods which may ease symptoms but can be very limiting. Histamine itself comes from histidine, and sunlight helps drive this process

Years of Skin, bladder and gut issues return to calm and normalcy
I struggled with hormonal acne and skin problems since my teenage years, and battled this condition for decades. I also suffered with bladder issues, including loss of bladder control, and increased frequency for over seven years. These conditions prompted me to seek help and to work with a healer.

I passed my vision test and kept my ability to drive! A combination of very high myopia and cataracts threatened to end my driving career. Those living here in the mountains need a car to get to work and to shop for essentials, so I had to improve my eyesight. Can eat most foods now; bloating and belching gone
After medical treatment, I got severe bloating and belching and had regular episodes of diarrhea all of which went on for over a year. I had lost a lot of weight and my legs were swollen a lot of the time. Often the left side of my stomach felt like it was knotted and bulged out. I was in dire straits at that point as the medics were not able to do anything for me apart from give me medication, most of which made me feel worse.

I had issues with my heart and shortness of breath that remained long after covid (six months). Jo magically cleared in this session.

Diaphragm realigned - results in my breathing is remarkable
Recently having had tests and a CT scan on the NHS for breathing problems I was informed my diaphragm under my left lung had pushed up into my lung (possibly caused by a fall some time earlier ) and my lung was only working at fifty percent capacity , and there was no treatment or drugs that could help , it would not get any worse and I just have to live with it.
