PURPOSE – Restore the balance of Histamine in the body to its optimum state.
DESCRIPTION – While the body does produce histamine, it can also enter through foods like cured meats, aged cheese and fermented food. It is released in the gut, playing a vital role in cell growth, barrier function, and overall balance in the body. It’s not the enemy—problems usually arise from excess histamine and lack of sunlight.
In the right amount, histamine supports immune function, neurotransmission, hormone regulation, blood pressure, protein synthesis, and healthy cell turnover. Too much, however, can cause brain fog, nasal congestion, post-nasal drip, asthma, skin rashes, or sudden blood pressure drops.
Conventional way is to reduce histamine overload by restricting foods which may ease symptoms but can be very limiting. Histamine itself comes from histidine, and sunlight helps drive this process

Years of Skin, bladder and gut issues return to calm and normalcy
I struggled with hormonal acne and skin problems since my teenage years, and battled this condition for decades. I also suffered with bladder issues, including loss of bladder control, and increased frequency for over seven years. These conditions prompted me to seek help and to work with a healer.
Jo Fernandes is helping me get to the root cause of my issues. She worked with everything arising in my personal scans. She was able to very quickly identify deficiencies in my diet impacting the hormones, and did ancestral clearings to release inherited emotions and limitations to help me heal.

I also had reduced stomach bloating, and my distended abdomen also reduced. I experienced such lightness and a greater comfort in my body. There was a noticeable reduction in overall inflammation and my body seemed to be gradually returning to balance. My circulation has also improved.

I passed my vision test and kept my ability to drive!
I passed my vision test and kept my ability to drive! A combination of very high myopia and cataracts threatened to end my driving career. Those living here in the mountains need a car to get to work and to shop for essentials, so I had to improve my eyesight. I worked with Jo for several weeks and easily passed the vision test this time. Very grateful.
After lifting a heavy potted tree, I awoke the next morning to back pain that traveled all the way down my arm to a numb pinky. It was persistent and very wearing. Can eat most foods now; bloating and belching gone
After medical treatment, I got severe bloating and belching and had regular episodes of diarrhea all of which went on for over a year. I had lost a lot of weight and my legs were swollen a lot of the time. Often the left side of my stomach felt like it was knotted and bulged out. I was in dire straits at that point as the medics were not able to do anything for me apart from give me medication, most of which made me feel worse.
One of my colleagues recommended me to Jo. After the very first session my stomach was the calmest it’s ever been since the surgery. I couldn’t believe it! I continued weekly sessions with her and four weeks later I could eat most foods with no consequences. All my symptoms went away, I feel I have got my life back.

Stubborn dry cough gone; breathing & heart issues much better
Heart Issues, Stomach Issues, Neck Pain all healed!
I had issues with my heart and shortness of breath that remained long after covid (six months). Jo magically cleared in this session.
My breathing was instantly better, and gradually went back to completely normal, and issues with my heart (palpitations, skipped beat, pains) that were occurring daily, decreased to weekly, then monthly, and now hardly ever appear, and are much lighter.
On another occasion, she successfully helped me with different stomach issues, stubborn dry cough, concussion, neck pain, a strong throat pain on one side, for which the doctor sent me to the ultrasound that I never did because she healed it in one session, as well as many other physical and emotional issues.

Diaphragm realigned - results in my breathing is remarkable
Recently having had tests and a CT scan on the NHS for breathing problems I was informed my diaphragm under my left lung had pushed up into my lung (possibly caused by a fall some time earlier ) and my lung was only working at fifty percent capacity , and there was no treatment or drugs that could help , it would not get any worse and I just have to live with it.
Having discussed my problem with Jo she has over a three week period worked the diaphragm back down and the consequent results in my breathing is remarkable . This is just one example of Jo’s remarkable work .

BREATHE MUCH BETTER, IMPROVED SINUS AND THROAT, SIGNIFICANTLY LESS ANXIOUS
I have noticed that I have been significantly less anxious and my respiratory issues have improved. CRACKED HEELS HEALING, MUCUS MORE CLEAR, TOENAIL FUNGUS ALMOST GONE
My cracked heels are healing. The left heel has healed faster than the right side. The toenail fungus has diminished significantly, although it not completely gone. I have noticed some truly remarkable improvements, particularly with my food allergies and sensitivities. Previously, I was experiencing some significant skin issues, including persistent rashes, hives, and an itchy mouth, as well as digestive problems such as nausea, bloating, and chronic constipation.
