Regain balance over too frequent and night-time urination, UTIs, hydration and kidney health
When you have urinary system imbalance, you may...

- Often have the feeling of needing to pee, even minutes after you just went
- Be resigned to getting up multiple times at night and giving up on quality sleep, because it would literally be impossible to go 7-8 hours without peeing

- Can’t go to social events that are too far away from bathroom access
- Know a lot of other women in this same situation, and figure that it's ‘just the way it is’
- Fear that something deeper might be lurking in your kidneys or bladder that could surface at any time and cause more serious problems
Symptoms you may experience...
Physical
- Urine leakage, esp coughing or laughing
- Nighttime bathroom breaks
- Kidney stones
- Fluid retention
- Dehydration

- Urinary Incontinence (UI affects approximately 50% of adult women, increasing with age—up to 75% in women over 65). mayoclinichealthsystem.org
- UI and UTIs can lead to skin infections, sleep disturbances, and increased risk of falls, especially in older adults and are associated with higher rates of depression and anxiety Medical News Today, Woman’s Health
- If left untreated, UTIs can progress to kidney infections and sepsis, a life-threatening condition. Cleveland Clinic
- Consuming contaminated food, particularly chicken, can introduce UTI-causing E. coli into the urinary tract.
Mercola - In older adults, UTIs often present with atypical symptoms like drowsiness, confusion, loss of appetite, and delirium, rather than the classic signs such as burning during urination. National Institutes of Health

4. Kidney Hormones
5. Electrolyte Balance and Hydration
6. Kidney Stones & Cysts
7. Infection with Biome Support

I do suggest listening to all the mp3s at least once in the beginning as described above in order. If you feel like a specific mp3 resonates with you, you can continue to play it along with continuing with the others in the program.
You can play whichever mp3 resonates with you most. Most clients prefer to redo the cycle along with the mp3s that resonate with them the most.
As maintenance, you will become familiar with which mp3’s your body responds to the most. Use those mp3(s) as maintenance once per week for a few months.
Listening on silent is fine because the music is not part of the energetic healing although some report that they get the best results with intention.
Light multi-tasking is fine like doing dishes, watching TV etc, most people do not have the time to lie down and concentrate. However, if you do have the time to relax and focus on receiving the energies, that is always recommended. DO NOT USE while operating heavy machinery.
Listen to them whenever the topic feels like a match to what is going on for you.

What Kari's Clients are Saying...
Regaining Bladder Control & Finding Freedom!
My problem with having total loss of bladder control sporadically during the day and night is improving. I have not had a problem at night since beginning the Urinary program and the daytime occurrences are less and less.
For some time I have had urgency to the point that if the bathroom was not right near, I would not make it. If I laughed hard or sneezed, I would not be able to hold it in. Sometimes I had no warning at all and would leak. But now I am not having these problems nearly to that level. I still have some urgency but it’s nothing like what I was experiencing.
The other interesting things is that Kari mentioned that OCD type symptoms can be common with urinary problems. I didn’t know that but I realized this was definitely true for me. The worse my urinary symptoms were, the worse my OCD. Kari explained it’s a control energy that is common. I can go to bed at night peacefully now without being upset that the house isn’t perfect.
Another unexpected thing that Kari said to watch for was changes in digestion. I had not considered that there could be a correlation between urinary problems and digestion., but for me it was true! I have now started releasing large amounts of stool and my elimination is actually healthy and normal for the first time in a very very long time.
If you have had these kinds of challenges, you will know how much freedom is felt by not having these problems rule every part of your days and nights. I am so happy and grateful. In so many ways. ~ J.A.Much Better Nighttime Bladder control, Mood & Digestion also Improved
My mood has improved very much since beginning this Urinary program. I have struggled with irritability, struggle to comprehend simple concepts at times, feel overwhelmed easily, and am quite sensitive to many things including clothing , smells, feeling too hot or too cold. I am more calm, able to think more clearly, am more creative, and my friends and family say I am more pleasant.
I can hold my urine much better than I have in a long time and nighttime leaks are very infrequent – a welcome change from having to wash all my bedding all the time.
Another change is that I am not as sensitive to foods-I wasn’t expecting this, but it’s a welcome change! ~ F.A.Less leakage, Reduced Urgency
Challenges I’ve had with leakage have improved and the urgency is reduced, which I am grateful for. I have felt a little distant in relationships over the past couple months, but within the last few days, that’s shifted the other way where I’ve been more connected than ever before, which has been really great.~ Joslyn
Freedom from Pee Leaks, Going out and doing more
I have been totally trapped by the lack of urine control because even wearing support for it was sometimes not enough. I have been able to experience many days of freedom. Finally! It has been such a relief! I have been interested in going out more and am finding I am more interested in doing things I hadn’t realized I had given up. I have been surprised at these changes as I didn’t realize how there are so many ways that our urinary system affects us. ~ Carole
Long-time urinary problems - can now travel without worry
I’ve struggled with urinary problems for quite some time and could never quite get to the bottom of it. Now, I can travel long distances without worrying or having to plan my entire trip around bathroom stops. It’s been such a relief and a huge improvement in my daily life! ~ Wayde
No More Nighttime Bathroom Trips and Speaking Her Truth
The good thing is I have not had to get up at night to go to the bathroom since my one-on-one session. That was really stressing me out because before, when I’d have to get up, I couldn’t go back to sleep and it was affecting me. It’s been great having this freedom again! During our session we worked on the dual pain in my back and right side, which I thought might be related to the kidney. It has lessened. It used to be around a 4 or 5 out of 10 and constant throughout the day, and now I only feel it maybe two or three times a day.
On top of that, things in my relationships are shifting. I can actually speak my mind now instead of keeping things in. I’m noticing where I’ve been allowing control and where I need to take my power back, which is huge for me as I’m also trying to develop my own energy healing abilities. Before, I had to run to the bathroom immediately. Now, I can tell my body, ‘Give me a moment,’ and it listens. That’s a big difference! ~ CarolPain-Free and Thriving After Gallbladder Attacks
I connected with Kari to address recurring gallbladder attacks and ongoing inflammation. I had lost a lot of weight in a short time because, at my worst, I could only tolerate fruits and vegetables. As a young and otherwise healthy person, I was determined to avoid surgery.
After just one gallbladder regeneration session with Kari, I was able to enjoy fatty foods, mild spices (which had previously guaranteed gallbladder pain), and even chocolate for the first time in over a year! I gained back the weight I lost and finally feel energized again.
Finally Sleeping Through the Night!
I’ve noticed real progress with the program! The last MP3 helped me so much and for the first time in a very long time, I’ve been able to sleep six hours straight without waking up at night. While I’m still dealing with some issues during the day, this has been a big improvement, and I’m hopeful for even more relief ahead! ~ Linda S
Less Urgency, More Ease!
I’ve liked the Frequent Urination & Overactive Bladder and Kidney Meridian MP3s—they’ve made a noticeable difference! I’m feeling less urgency to go to the bathroom, which has been such a relief. ~ CS
Better Bladder Control and Better Sleep
I have to say that things have gotten better. I’ve been very consistent listening to the mp3s, and I’ve noticed a couple of nights where I didn’t have to get up at all during the night to pee this last week. It seems like I’m able to control it better too, which I’m very grateful for. ~ Katie

Maybe it will be later, or maybe you need to wait until you find the healer/coach who does inspire that YES!
