The fact is that the body is not just the temple of the soul and the procreator of our family line, it is also a container of every thought, feeling, situation that has happened to us. PURPOSE – Burn fat and increase digestive powers through three progressive levels of sound frequencies.
DESCRIPTION – Along with muscle awakening and strengthening, fat burning is an important daily routine in weight reduction, especially for older bodies where fat becomes thick and stubborn and metabolism slows down. These four MP3s with The Decrees and fat burning sounds are four levels of fat burning and increasing digestive powers and it is best to go through them sequentially one week at a time. The fourth week onwards, you can stick to level 3. You could feel warm and sweaty as you hear them and if it makes you uncomfortable, play it on mute. They are best either on an empty stomach or an hour after eating and they can be heard sitting, standing, walking or lying down. It is highly recommended to combine it with the weight reduction mudra and the 1 second Tummy Tucks!
