FAQs about Kaley’s mp3s
The following are general guidelines. If your inner guidance is directing you to listen to the mp3s in a different way, please follow that advice (except don’t listen while driving etc). Click the toggle button to expand each answer as needed.
The mp3’s are comprised of guided meditation journeys that include teachings, healings, activations and messages. They are highly visual and spirit uses a lot of metaphors to be able to bring the healing and activations/transmissions forward.
Go in the order of 1-6. You can pace this however you would like as long as you listen to them in sequential order. I suggest doing each healing 2x before moving onto the next. Give yourself time to allow for it to integrate. Most people might want to do 1 healing per week. Listen to it the first time just to experience it and the second time to take notes of the teachings.
No, these are all highly woven together as a series and doing them will maximize your results.
I suggest waiting a week and doing one healing per week to allow for the integration.
If you notice old patterns popping up again, I would suggest doing them again in sequential order in 3-6 months.
These are highly potent transmissions so I suggest having them on a comfortable hearing volume with intentional time and space set. (Ie not to be listened to while driving or around a bunch of people)
Don’t multitask. Do not use while operating heavy machinery. Sitting in a comfortable seating position or lying down. is best and I would suggest having some padding after you finish so that you can journal/reflect integrate before doing anything. I highly suggest having a blanket, a glass of water and a journal/pen handy.
