The Hypothalamus
Weight is controlled in the Hypothalamus, aids in food digestion, and produces hormones that mainly serve to control levels of energy in the blood, it responds to a variety of signals from the internal and external environment and regulates body temperature, hunger, feelings of being full after eating, blood pressure and levels of hormones in the circulation.

When the hypothalamus is off, it can cascade down to the pituitary gland which then affects the thyroid, adrenal glands, and sex organs. This can cause a slowed metabolism, low energy, weight gain, changes in sex drive, sleep, mood and more!
When the body is stressed it causes the hypothalamus to signal the adrenals to produce more cortisol. Cortisol regulates how the body converts fats and carbs to energy, and high levels lead to inflammation that promote disease, and suppresses the immune system leaving you more open to infections, this higher level of cortisol is correlated with EXTRA Abdominal Fat even in otherwise thin women!
The hypothalamus produces hormones that control:

The PANCREAS
The Pancreas produces insulin, supporting healthy energy and blood sugar. Insulin is also the main fat storage hormone in the body, it tells fat cells to store fat, and prevents stored fat from being broken down. When cells are insulin resistant, both blood sugar and insulin levels go up significantly and can lead to obesity. The Pancreas can be poisoned by toxins and too much sugar. Besides managing weight and belly fat around the middle, it supports your wisdom of self- love, it’s associated with your personal power and how you manifest in the world, your self-esteem, courage and confidence.
When we repress and deny our feelings and experiences, we lower, or shut down the Energy Center associated with those particular emotions, and block the flow of consciousness through the body. This dense energy remains within the body; creating disharmony, disconnection, low level of clarity, and physical symptoms, illness and disease.

The Hypothalamus is what determines your body’ set point, what it thinks it is supposed to weigh. It also signals the release of Leptin which makes you feel satiated and Grehlin with makes you feel hungry.
We’ll reset the body’s set point to it’s natural, perfect weight and support the healthy production of leptin, so that your body signals you to not be interested in food.
This is the KEY to eating the right amount for you. You know when you feel full, you just don’t want any more food. It’s easy, you aren’t interested. But sometimes through either not enough leptin OR so much leptin that your leptin receptors turn off and no longer recognize the hormone (aka leptin resistance), our body hasn’t told us that it’s full. So we keep eating.

Refund Policy
Products generally have a 30-day refund period with the following exceptions:
- If in the description of an item, a different refund policy is stated, the policy in the description supersedes this 30-day policy for that specific item only.
- If an item includes a private session, whether sold as part of a package or singly, the item is no longer refundable once the private session has been conducted or if it is less than 24 hours before a session is scheduled, even if it is less than 30 days after purchase.
- Private sessions, whether sold as part of a package or singly, must be availed within six months of purchase or will be forfeited and no refund given. Exceptions are if in the description of the package, the speaker specifies a different time limit
- Only one refund can be requested within a 90-day period.
- As of March 2020, Paypal stopped refunding their fees which are 5%, so you will get 95% of your money back. If you think you may refund an item, we recommend using the direct credit card option as then you will get 100% of your refund.
To obtain a refund, please forward a copy of your receipt to su*****@ha*******.com within 30 days of purchase and for direct credit cards a 100% refund will be issued and for Paypal a 95% refund will be issued.
