I felt stuck in nearly every part of my life.
I procrastinated, I got easily overwhelmed, I couldn’t say no when I needed to.
I was confused and discouraged, and yet I never gave up…
I couldn’t organize my projects, I was often going in too many directions, and I could never quite follow through when I started something,
…but I kept searching for the right tools…
Was I afraid of failure? Afraid of success? (The answer was both!)
I was always busy, but not very productive.
What was obvious was that I was getting in my own way.
Apparently a lot of people knew that
Success is not an accident…
Unfortunately, I just didn’t happen to be one of them!
And I really didn’t like myself or my behavior. And certainly no one was impressed with the results I was producing.
I know where you’ve been… unclear, stuck, afraid to move forward, embarrassed with going around in circles.
Once I learned how to use specific tools and the recipe for success in The Yes Code, voila, my results were vastly different, and more importantly, predictable!
Finally, I learned:
- HOW to identify the patterns I used to get in my own way
- WHY I kept sabotaging myself over and over again
- WHAT emotional triggers led me to sabotage
- WHEN I needed to get clarity and HOW to get it
- WHICH tools to use and when to use them
- WHAT my YES actually felt like to me
- HOW to act on my YES with grace and ease
Ahhhhh… finally, finding my next YES became simple, delightful, and… COMPELLING.
I decided I was never looking back. No more beating up on myself.
I no longer wanted to be indecisive.
I no longer tried to stay under the radar
I no longer avoided the tasks I needed to get done
I no longer protected myself from other people’s jealousy
I no longer feared shining and standing out
I learned how to identify and clear my blocks, and learned how to find my next YES so I could choose and embrace the next best steps for me, no matter what other people did, said or thought.
In other words, I started living my own life, one YES at a time.
