Here is some information about our summit, we find it answers most of the questions people have…but we are happy to answer anything we may not have covered.

MISSION OF SUMMIT

Happivize is a healing and self-growth marketplace modeled after Amazon with a typical ecommerce format focused on customer experience where..

  • it’s easy to search on the topic or expert you are looking for
  • You can browse topics and speakers at your convenience
  • You can experience what it’s like to work with that healer/coach via group processes in the podcast
  • AND importantly you can read ratings and reviews about the practitioner and the programs
We started as a typical summit and still have a lot of similarities to what you may be used to, but our customer experience is more typical ecommerce.

OUR IDEAL PARTNERS

  • Can provide multiple testimonials of real life transformation (more specific than “I felt lighter”, “she is very gifted, I really enjoyed working with her” – but instead tangible results like “my health issue of 3 years is gone”, “my husband and I are enjoying each other’s company for the first time in 10 years”, “I got a promotion”)
  • Can share a results-oriented process during the live podcast that makes the audience think, “wow, that was really cool, I want to work with this speaker more”
  • Our most popular topics are anything health-related and anti-aging. Specific targets do better ie “clearing parasites” does better than “clearing toxins”. As mentioned above whatever topic is being presented needs to have great testimonials for it specifically.
  • Many of our speakers beta-test some elements of their program (eg 3 mp3s) with their favorite and/or long-term clients, or clients that are in their monthly programs in order to get testimonials specific to that program. Your current clients that have already had great results from you may trust it will work, but new clients (who you are hoping to attract via Happivize) will need come “social proof” that the program does what you say it will do! We can discuss beta-test if you want some ideas on how to run that.

INTERVIEW PODCASTS

1 hour(ish) live audio-only (no video) interview podcast with focus on experiencing transformation. We always want our audience to be glad they listened to the call, even if they don’t buy anything. General format is:

  • quick chat/introduction of speaker and story
  • discussion of why topic is important and specific examples of how program has helped solve issues for people
  • group process to experience your modality
  • live callers with readings/ healings/ demonstrations
  • brief description of program
  • questions/more live callers as time permits
  • final short closing group process if applicable

PROMOTION

  • We promote your interview to our Happivize Community of approximately 32,000 in at least 6 solos, and in usually 3 newsletters – so that each speaker gets a lot of focused promotion to the Happivize Community.
  • Unlike many summits we only have one speaker a week, so our audience gets time to sit with your offer instead of moving on to the next the following day. We focus on quality not quantity!
  • You promote your interview to a unique opt-in page on our site, we will provide you with swipe and link.  Two solo emails to your list before your launch, one announcing the replay is up (goes to the replay page, not optin), one announcing the “early bird sale is ending”, and then one a few days before the first live call. Social media is optional.

SCHEDULE

  • One new interview per week, Tuesdays at 4pm ET
  • Interviews are usually grouped into a series of interviews lasting 2-3 months with breaks in between each series.
  • Sometimes depending on schedule we may ask you to come back for a Live Q&A often the week before your live group calls start, and we re-promote your offer at that time.

PRODUCT FORMAT

  • We have two product types depending on your topic and other factors, and we require a new program (not one you have previously offered):
    • Single offer of Private Session with a few MP3s, remote healing
    • Pkg A & B Combo

A. digital (MP3s/Videos) + live group calls + remote healing
B. above + private session

Price ranges vary depending on your existing success in summits and demand for your work. Aimee will work with you to set a price based on what she thinks her audience will pay compared to other speakers’ offerings. However these are not the ONLY kind of packages that can be offered. Monthly live calls and extended remote healing are also well received.

  • We also do an upsell to add on household members or a loved one to just the remote healing part and discount on buying Pkg A as a gift for someone else with purchase. This helps bring the AOV up.
  • Upsells beyond the initial packages are possible such as small group programs or additional sessions, priced between $500 and $1000.
  • During the first week or two of each offer, packages are offered on a small “early bird” sale ($10 off /package) to give our audience an incentive to buy now rather than wait (and forget).
  • Because of our ecommerce format, we ask for a 1-year commitment to having a program on Happivize (after group calls are recorded we update the offer to show they are recorded – you do not need to continue delivering live group calls). You can ask us to remove your offer after 1 year although most speakers enjoy having another means of people discovering them, it also gives them more search results which adds legitimacy. Plus if a customer posts a review on you, it gives you credible social proof as to the value of your work.
  • We also run a sale on the program about 6 mos later (summer or Black Friday) with digital/recorded calls plus remote healing is $99 and the package with session is at whatever the early bird pricing was that first week. We also sometimes offer the fully recorded version as an upsell to other purchases for $99. This has pretty good results in getting people who missed out the first time.

SALES

  • Happivize hosts the program and runs cart for all offers.
  • Sales figures vary widely. For example, we have sold over 700 of one program while selling 12 of another program, in the same couple months. Average I would estimate to be about 60 or 70.
  • You are notified by email automatically each time you have a sale. There is also a vendor portal you can log in to at any time where you can see and download all of your sales, including email addresses of buyers. In our terms and conditions, all buyers agree to share their email address with the creator of the program they purchased.

COMMISSIONS

  • There is a 50/50 split on sales, less approximately 3.39% credit card processing fee (we track a rolling 12 month average on our actual credit card fees)
  • We pay commissions on the 15th of the following month. So any product purchased in January will be paid on Feb 15. Exceptions are evergreen sales, when you might sell a few in a month long after your interview. In those cases we wait until after the 30-day refund period has expired. So it might take one additional month to be paid on single sales later. The majority of your sales will be in the first 30 days, and you will be paid on those by the 15th of the following month as described above.

DELIVERABLES FROM SPEAKER

  • Speakers provide sales page copy for their package 4 weeks in advance of scheduled date of first interview. We have a basic outline  basically asking for bullets and program mp3/live call/session descriptions. Please go to our https://happivize.com/shop to see examples of other sales pages in the “Special Offer” tab for any given product. We will format your content and make pretty.
  • Downloadable MP3s, connection information (eg zoom info) for live group calls, and calendar link for scheduling private sessions need to be provided to Happivize 3 weeks in advance. After purchase, a customer is directed to a Resource page on Happivize which we will create with the above information.

    ***We host all deliverables for each program*** modeled after Amazon, when you purchase a movie on Amazon you download it from Amazon and can find all your purchases from Amazon in your account. (You are not for example after purchase redirected to the Warner Bros’ website, told to opt-in there, and finally then are able to download your movie.) Like Amazon we also account protect all deliverables, so that only someone who is logged in and has a record of purchasing that product can view/download the items.

    You are provided all customers names and emails along with which package they purchased, and you can email them as you like after purchase, remind them of group calls etc. This is explicitly stated in our T&C that customers agree to receive emails from you after purchase.

  • We have an agreement form we will give you outlining the above and additional details, that you can sign online.

REFUND POLICY

  • We have a 30-day refund policy or until a private session is held, which ever is sooner.
  • We have an EXTREMELY low refund rate, about 1%. We choose our speakers carefully and make sure there is great value being provided.
  • Studies have shown that the more generous a refund policy is the fewer refunds are requested. That’s why Target went to a one-year refund policy. Most people expect a 30-day refund policy when buying online. When we started out, we had a 7-day policy and our refunds dropped by over half when we changed to 30 day.
  • We only allow one refund every 90 days per customer to prevent serial refunders. Also if we see that the same customer is refunding more than 3 times even over a few years, we may have a discussion with them and/or remove them from our list or let them know should they choose to still purchase in the future, that it will be non-refundable. We stay on top of not-in-good-faith refunds!
  • Some speakers have expressed concern that someone who returns may still receive energy work via the digital recordings and group processes/remote healing before the refund, and this is true, they might. Just like you could buy a book, read a few chapters, decide you don’t like it, and return it. The author still shared his creativity with you and you can’t unread it. We also have costs that are not recouped when a refund happens. But we feel standing behind healing products and allowing people to experience digital and group healing is best for the overall community. People see a 30-day refund and they think “Ok these people aren’t dodgy”.  We want to instill confidence. And it seems to work as we are told routinely by speakers we have the lowest refunds of any show they have been on.

HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT

  • This is not a factory interviewing tons of speakers and churning out products! We are very selective about who we invite on our show.
  • We feature only one new speaker a week so you get time to connect with our audience.
  • We want a win/win/win with you, our customers, and Happivize. If it’s not a clear win for any one of us, we do not proceed. We have heard on other platforms, some speakers feel taken advantage of or like a commodity, and we never view you as a commodity. You are our partner in helping our audience.
  • Our e-commerce experience is more modern and what people expect of a website. Many summits we find are still on the model that summits started with 15 years ago (which is how we started too). We want it to feel more like a resource where people can find whatever they need at the moment.
  • Note from Aimee (host/founder): I am very engaged in each offer and how to best present it to my audience. I am not just the interviewer. Each offer is unique, each healer is unique. I want you to shine! I will want to talk to you ahead of time so I can understand more about you and tailor the interview experience to your strengths and tailor your product to what my audience responds to.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU WHEN

  • We will need a brief outline of your proposed program 2 weeks after our initial discussion and our Initial Form completed. This secures your spot on Happivize.
  • We will need Sales Page content 4 weeks before your live interview date.
  • We will need your digital files for the program / connection detail for live calls / link for private sessions 3 weeks  before your live interview date.
  • ***After your live interview, we will post a unique “Ask the Expert” Facebook post on our Happivize Community Page where our listeners can leave questions just for you in the comments section for you to respond. One to two sentence answers are fine, mainly they ask “will this program help me with _____” and you can give your opinion and also recommend which package (A, B, C) would be best for them. During the first week we ask you answer questions once a day, and after the first week, then once a week.
