This is the second package I have had the pleasure of purchasing. Both have been so original and powerful! I love that the MP3’s are not long and are easy to fit into a busy day. I’m very happy with this program. My whole face has changed. I have noticed a lifting effect especially around my lips who appear fuller, and my hair is healthier and appears to be growing faster. Also my appetite has changed, I am now naturally fasting in the morning hours, I just have a coffee, which made me lose some weight. Will definitely continue using the program for maintenance.
