What is “bio-hacking”?
Biohacking (n) - attempts to improve the condition of your body and mind using technology, drugs, or other chemical substances.
- Ideal Body Shape / Weight
- Looking Young
- Peak Energy
- Peak Productivity
- Life Extension
- Peak Mental Health
- Living Pain Free

But for most of us, biohacks are far too expensive
Most of us don’t have the CASH or the TIME to spend on all these treatments. Many of the supplements are patented, very expensive, and require ongoing monthly subscriptions. With hormone replacement therapies listed below usually require packs of sessions, repeating them every month ongoing or for at least a year. Many involve needles and invasive procedures.
In the Billionaire Biohack Series, medical intuitive Lynn Waldrop is creating energetic versions of these cutting edge supplements and therapies so that your body can absorb the frequencies of the treatments without the time and expense of the physical therapies.
If you've been alarmed by changes as you head into menopause
Most of us over the age of 35-40 have noticed our bodies changing, and mostly not in a good way. Besides the infamous hot flashes, there are many, many symptoms that go along with the hormonal changes that happen as the ovaries produce less and less estrogen and progesterone. When you add in all the exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals, heavy metals, and EMF – these symptoms can dramatically affect quality of life.
These were the most reported symptoms from peri/menopause by our beta group, are you experiencing them?

- Belly size / weight - your belly has a different shape and is much bigger than before, and when you lose weight, it doesn't come off the belly
- No longer feeling sexy or desirable / loss of libido, not only from lack of body confidence but just not interested
- Exhaustion/fatigue - everything feels harder and you feel like napping, going to bed early
- Less energy esp in afternoon, waking up in middle of night wide awake
- Difficulty concentrating, can't focus on tasks very long
- Aches and pains
- Emotionally flat/inability to enjoy life - losing interest in things that you used to love
- Mood changes/swings - being grumpy or irritable more often
- Vision worsening
What technologies are included in the Biohack Peri/Menopause program?
- Energetic CRISPR - in physical world, CRISPR is new technology to edit/splice genes using enzymes, however there are many unintended consequences. With Energetic CRISPR, Lynn asks the consciousness of the body to precisely edit genes for intended effect AND only when it supports optimal health for the body as a whole. Science has identified over 400 genes affecting the thyroid alone, and that is only with a small fraction of them mapped.
- Glandulars - one treatment for endocrine glands in the physical world is desiccated (dried and powdered) glands from animals. For example Armour Thyroid contains dried thyroid glands of pigs. This program improves on that and provides the energies of healthy thyroids from humans. No humans were killed in creating these!
- Peptides - short chains of amino acids called peptides have been a huge, (mostly) healthy breakthrough in science - and used to create very expensive products, often requiring daily injections and refrigeration. Energies of peptides in this program are painless!
- Stem Cells - stem cells are used everywhere from athletes to cancer treatment. These blank slate cells can become any needed cell in the body at the original blueprint of the body before it was affected by all the physical and energetic toxins. Lynn will provide the energies of the specific stem cells for each gland and organ in this program.
- Red Light Therapy - one of the most effective biohacks, the energies of red light and near infrared are provided in each of the tracks for glands and organs to speed healing and regeneration.
- Enzymes - biological catalysts that speed up chemical reactions are required in all parts of metabolism. Recent scientific breakthroughs have identified the key enzymes in metabolic functions, and these will be supported energetically to have sufficient quantities for optimal metabolism
- Receptors - an overlooked piece of the puzzle are hormone receptors, you must have the right quantities (too many or too few are both problematic) and they must be available for the desired hormone and not blocked by a toxin. We'll work on balancing the numbers and keeping them open/available and cleared from toxins

What are Energetic Frequencies?

We all know on a fundamental level, everything is energy. Say for example stem cells from umbilical cords – those will have a particular frequency, Lynn could tune into that frequency and then encode them in an MP3.
BUT Lynn can take it a step further to encode the frequency of your own stem cells. And because she is not working inside of time, she can encode the frequencies of your stem cell when you were first born, before they deteriorated due to age and toxin exposure. So she can support bodies to heal with an even better energetic match than physical science can provide!
Why Energetic Frequencies
Are So Amazing
- RESULTS - This is the purest form of energy delivered directly to your entire body, to any part that needs it. It doesn’t have to go through the digestive system or through your bloodstream, but can pass through all parts of your body and be absorbed exactly in the right places.
- TIME - Each mp3 is only about 10-20 mins. You can play one a day on a rotation, or set up a playlist to play multiple.
- CONVENIENCE - You can turn the volume down to low because the healing energies have no sound (frequencies are not in the audible range - however Lynn does narrate what she is doing so it is recommended to listen at least once). The other times you listen you can do other things around the house or at work, you won’t be bugging anyone. Many people play them on their computer while they are working, while they are relaxing around the home, or while they sleep!
- PAINLESS - No needles or stinging or bruising or swallowing handfuls of pills.
- PERFECT DOSE - Your body only absorbs what it needs! It’s like a buffet - your body chooses what it needs at that moment and ignores the rest. You don’t have to worry about how much or how often or adjusting the dosage.
- SHARE THE LOVE - all your loved ones including pets will benefit if they are around you when you play. It is left to the consciousness of each being what or how much it wants to receive
- AFFORDABLE - No monthly subscriptions of expensive patented supplements, one-time payment for a lifetime!

PURPOSE – Desensitize to xenoestrogens, both manmade and natural, so they do not dock with estrogen receptors. Also enhance the ability to clear/excrete them as we are continuously exposed (note: the cleanout mp3 will help with those already stored in tissue).
DESCRIPTION – Xenoestrogens are external chemical compounds that mimic estrogen in the body by activating estrogen receptors. They may temporarily or permanently alter the feedback loops in the brain, pituitary, gonads, and thyroid by triggering receptors to alter gene function or they may bind to hormone receptors and block the action of natural hormones.
Symptoms:
- Weight gain
- Mood swings
- Decreased libido
- Headaches
- Fatigue
- Breast tenderness
Manmade Xenonestrogens include: plastic/microplastics, forever chemicals like PFAS, atrazine and other herbicides and pesticides, all the bisphenols like BPA), and additives that are vaguely labeled like parfum, fragrance, natural flavoring.
Natural Xenoestrogens can be problematic for some but not all people, often depending on dose and frequency. We want to desensitize to them so they are no longer problematic. Examples include (and there are many more):
- Coffee
- Caffeine
- Chocolate
- Cocoa butter
- CBD Oil
- Argan Oil
- Arrowroot powder
- Chamomile
- Cinnamon
- Essential Oils (almost all of them are potentially estrogenic)
- Flax
- Hemp
- Herbal Teas
- Lavender
- Marijuana
- Tea Tree Oil
- Neem
- Oregano
- Rosemary
- Shea Butter
- Stevia
- Soy

PURPOSE – Two main purposes – energetic HRT (hormone replacement therapy) for estrogen and to support natural estrogen production.
First this track provides energetic hormone replacement therapy for estrogen, providing the frequencies of the 3 types of estrogen the body produces: Estriol, Estrone, and Estradiol, allowing the body to absorb exactly how much of each that it needs.
Second, this supports the body to produce estrogen naturally with support for enzyme production that converts precursors into estrogen and for cell receptors, where estrogen docks and then signals cellular activity (raw materials like cholesterol, androgens that are converted, genes that signal enzyme expression, metabolism covered in other tracks)
DESCRIPTION – There are so many theories about HRT regards to type, dosing, frequency. Some studies indicate estrogen can contribute to cancer growth (especially estrone form) and others that it is protective (especially estriol form). Some forms in excess can cause weight gain (especially estradiol). We do know all bodies are different, dose requirements are different, and that what you need changes. So this track relies on your body’s wisdom to absorb the amount of the various forms of estrogen that is optimal for you in the moment you are listening.
Later tracks will also make available progesterone, testosterone, and other androgens in the same way so that the body can naturally balance itself. Many issues with estrogen for example can be linked to not enough progesterone and testosterone.
We are also going to support the body’s natural production of estrogen and hormone balance with peptides, stem cells, glandulars, red light, and support for enzymes and receptors. Other pieces of the estrogen synthesis, utilization, and clearing metabolites plus genetics affecting estrogen will be supported in later tracks.
TARGETS In addition to letting the body choose wherever it most needs of the 3 forms of estrogen for optimal health, we’ll also be targeting a few areas:
- Skin – Estrogen promotes collagen growth by binding to receptors on skin fibroblasts to create collagen, activating growth factor pathways (especially TGF-β), reducing collagen breakdown (by lowering MMP expression), and enhancing fibroblast function. This leads to increased production and accumulation of collagen in the skin. Increases epidermal hydration, skin elasticity via elastin production, and skin thickness as well as reducing skin wrinkles and augmenting the content and quality of collagen and the level of vascularisation.
- Sleep – Estrogen affects sleep by acting in specific hypothalamic nuclei (MnPO, VLPO, SCN, posterior, lateral, and anterior hypothalamus) and in other brain regions (basal forebrain, dorsal raphe nucleus, locus coeruleus), modulating both sleep promotion and awakened state. Estrogen affects the production of Melatonin.
- Energy / Mitochondrial Function – Estrogen supports mitochondrial health and function, which are essential for energy (ATP) production in nearly all cell types. When estrogen is low, mitochondrial efficiency can decline, reducing energy output across all tissues. Its impact is especially pronounced in skeletal muscle, liver, adipose tissue, pancreas, brain, and heart. Lower estrogen leads to reduced energy efficiency and increased fatigue in these key tissues,
- Mood, Anxiety, Depression – Estrogen acts on specific brain regions—specifically the amygdala, hippocampus, and hypothalamus—where it modulates neurotransmitter systems (serotonin, GABA, dopamine, glutamate) to stabilize mood, protect against depression, and reduce anxiety. Its effects are most pronounced in the limbic system, which is central to emotional regulation
- Frequent Urination – Estrogen decline in perimenopause and menopause causes more frequent urination by thinning bladder and urethral tissues, weakening pelvic floor muscles, causing bladder muscles to contract more frequently, bladder sensitivity causing pain, reducing urethral resistance, and raising the risk of infections—all of which contribute to urinary urgency and a heightened need to urinate
- Vaginal Health – Lower estrogen leads to vaginal dryness and atrophy by thinning the vaginal lining, reducing collagen and elastin, decreasing lubrication and blood flow, and altering the vaginal environment. These changes cause symptoms such as dryness, irritation, pain, and increased risk of infection
- Bone Health – Estrogen promotes new bone formation and calcium homeostasis
- Cognition – Estrogen is neuroprotective! Lower estrogen contributes to loss of concentration, brain fog, and even neurodegenerative diseases
- Cardio Health – Estrogen promotes vasodilation of the blood vessels for healthy blood pressuire
- Pain– Estrogen regulates pain-related chemicals in the brain (especially related to migraines)
- Muscle Mass – Estrogen protects against muscle protein breakdown which improve recovery from muscle damage and keep you strong
- Weight Management – Estrogen influences how the body distributed fat storage
Glandulars – healthy human ovarian frequencies
Stem Cells – ovaries, brain, adipose tissue, breast, bone (latter 4 are primary synthesis sites once ovaries stop synthesis)
Red light – supports cellular energy and tissue regeneration
Peptides & Nucleoproteins
-
A-15 (Ovarian Peptide Complex) – Complex of peptides that normalizes metabolism in ovarian cells.
-
Ovarian Nucleoprotein – natural nucleoprotein complex that acts selectively on ovarian cells promoting accelerated functional restoration.
-
ERβ-Selective Agonist Peptides – Specialized peptides that selectively activate estrogen receptor beta for anti-proliferative, anti-cancer, and neuroprotective effects without the unwanted proliferative effects of ER alpha activation.
HORMONES
Estriol (E3) – PRIMARY FOCUS: The protective “Goldilocks” estrogen that signals ER beta for controlled growth, anti-cancer protection, gut healing, and mood stabilization. One-eighth as potent as estradiol but provides the critical “off switch” for cellular proliferation. Safe for long-term use without proliferative risks.
17β-Estradiol (E2) – SUPPORTIVE: The most potent estrogen for metabolic support, bone health, and cardiovascular protection. Signals both ER alpha and ER beta (50% growth, 50% controlled growth). Included in balanced amounts to support overall estrogen function without dominance.
Estrone (E1) – SUPPORTIVE: Primarily signals ER alpha for growth. Included in minimal amounts as it can be converted to estradiol when needed, but avoiding excess that could promote unwanted proliferation.
ENZYMES
- Aromatase (CYP19A1) – The enzyme that converts androgens to estrogens. Aromatase converts androstenedione to estrone and testosterone to estradiol. The enzyme can be found in many tissues including gonads, brain, adipose tissue, placenta, blood vessels, skin, and bone. Aromatase is a single protein chain of 503 amino acids (in humans). It contains an iron-containing heme (porphyrin) group at its active site, essential for its enzymatic activity
- 17β-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase (HSD17B1) – Converts estrone (E1) to the more potent estradiol (E2), enhancing estrogen bioavailability
- Steroid Sulfatase (STS) – Converts inactive estrogen sulfates to active estrogens, particular relevant to the final generation of active estrogens in cells
- Cytochrome P450 is a family of enzymes in the liver that do drug metabolism and detoxification – statins, SSRIs and benzos (xanax, valium and ativan). The first step in the metabolism of estrogens is hydroxylation catalyzed by cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes. CYP1A2 and CYP3A4 in liver create beneficial 2-hydroxyestradiol metabolites while supporting healthy estrogen metabolism pathways.
Estriol (E3) is primarily formed from estradiol (E2) and estrone (E1) through a process called 16α-hydroxylation—the addition of a hydroxyl group at the 16α position of the estrogen molecule. This reaction is catalyzed mainly by cytochrome P450 enzymes, with CYP3A4 being a notable example in the liver
RECEPTORS:
Estrogen Receptor Beta (ERβ) – The protective receptor discovered by Yanaki that estriol predominantly signals. ER beta provides “controlled growth” and anti-proliferation signals, acting as the critical balance to ER alpha’s growth-promoting effects. Essential for cancer protection, mood regulation, and inflammatory control.
Estrogen Receptor Alpha (ERα) – Nuclear receptor responsible for growth and proliferation signals. While necessary for bone health and metabolism, must be balanced with ER beta signaling to prevent excessive proliferation. Estriol helps modulate ER alpha activity.
G-Protein Coupled Estrogen Receptor (GPER/GPR30) – Membrane receptor for rapid non-genomic estrogen signaling, supporting cardiovascular function and cellular communication.

PURPOSE – First this track provides energetic hormone replacement therapy for progesterone, providing its frequency to allow the body to absorb exactly how much of each that it needs.
Second, for those pre or peri menopause, this supports the body to produce progesterone naturally in the corpus luteum of the ovaries. After menopause the ovaries no longer produce progesterone and while the adrenals do produce it as an intermediate step in production of other hormones, it is only a tiny amount so the energetic HRT will be particularly important.
DESCRIPTION – Progesterone balances the effects of estrogen. A main cause of symptoms in peri and menopause is due to estrogen dominance which is the ratio of progesterone to estrogen. So we want to provide enough progesterone that we can continue using estrogen for all the good things it does but not have it out of balance where you start to see things like weight gain and cell growth, migraines, anxiety etc.
For those still producing progesterone, we also support the body’s natural production of progesterone and overall hormone balance with peptides, stem cells, glandulars, red light, and support for enzymes and receptors.
TARGETS
- Skin – Low progesterone means less oil or sebum produced and less moisture retention, which can give the dry, dull skin that is a common symptom with peri and menopause. It also complements estrogen’s stronger effects on collagen and elastin.
- Weight – Progesterone helps regulate enzymes that break down fat (lipases). When progesterone is low, fat metabolism slows down.
Low progesterone relative to estrogen increases the production of Thyroid Binding Globulin (TBG), which binds to thyroid hormones and reduces their availability in tissues. This can lead to symptoms of hypothyroidism—such as a slower metabolism and weight gain—even if thyroid hormone levels in the blood appear normal. When progesterone is low, estrogen’s effects are not properly balanced. This can result in estrogen dominance, which promotes fat storage, especially in the hips and thighs, and increases water retention and bloating.
Progesterone supports muscle mass and metabolic rate. Low levels can reduce muscle mass and slow overall metabolism, making weight gain more likely and weight loss more difficult - Sleep – It promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, increases GABA activity, and improves sleep quality. Progesterone is called “Nature’s Valium” for its calming effects and ability to help restore normal sleep patterns
- Cardiovascular Health: progesterone is protective of the blood vessels and helps regulate blood pressure
Glandulars – Healthy corpus luteum frequencies
Stem Cells – Ovaries
Red Light – Supports cellular energy and tissue regeneration.
Peptides
- A-15 (Ovarian Peptide Complex): Normalizes metabolism in ovarian cells.
- Progesterone Receptor Agonist Peptides: Specialized peptides that selectively activate progesterone receptors for tissue protection, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective effects.
Enzymes
- 3β-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase (HSD3B2): Converts pregnenolone to progesterone in the ovaries and adrenals.
- 5α-Reductase: Converts progesterone to 5α-dihydroprogesterone, a neuroactive metabolite.
- 20α-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase: Inactivates progesterone in certain tissues, regulating its local effects such as in the first half of cycle in the uterus
Receptors
- Progesterone Receptor A (PR-A): Mediates many of progesterone’s reproductive and anti-inflammatory effects.
- Progesterone Receptor B (PR-B): Involved in tissue growth and differentiation, especially in the uterus and breast.
- Membrane Progesterone Receptors (mPRs): Facilitate rapid, non-genomic signaling for neuroprotection and cardiovascular health.

PURPOSE: Energetically clear chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, mycotoxins, molds, fungus, yeast, viruses (like Epstein-Barr), parasites, heavy metals, medications, EMF and any other toxins stored in the body that are affecting any steroid hormone pathways including reproductive organs and glands, hormone precursor production, hormone production, receptors, enzyme production.
Including energies from latest research on eliminating microplastics:
Certain beneficial bacteria strains can help clear microplastics from the gut — A 2025 animal study found that two specific strains, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei DT66 and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum DT88, were able to bind to and eliminate tiny polystyrene particles in lab tests. These probiotics work by forming protective biofilms that trap plastic particles, making them easier to flush out.
Cross-linked psyllium could help eliminate microplastics — One key system that plays a role in removing microplastics from your body is your gut. A 2024 study showed that acrylamide cross-linked psyllium (PLP-AM) removed over 92% of common plastic types like polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) from water.
Chitosan, a natural fiber derived from shellfish, also shows promise for clearing microplastics from your body — A recent animal study published in Scientific Reports found that rats given a chitosan-enriched diet were able to eliminate about 115% of the polyethylene microplastics they were fed, compared to just 84% in the control group.
This suggests that chitosan not only helps bind and eliminate new plastic particles but might even help pull out some that were already absorbed.

Will be released on Oct 27
PURPOSE – First, this track provides energetic hormone replacement therapy for testosterone, providing its frequency to allow the body to absorb exactly how much it needs each time you listen.
Second, this supports the body to produce testosterone naturally in the ovaries (specifically the theca cells, which does continue after menopause although at lower rate), the adrenal glands, and peripheral tissues such as adipose (fat), skin, liver, muscle, and brain. This support specifically targets the theca cells of the ovaries, the adrenal cortex, cell receptors where testosterone docks and signals cellular activity (raw materials like cholesterol, genes that signal enzyme expression, and metabolism covered in other tracks).
DESCRIPTION – In addition to its more dominant role in men, testosterone in women is essential for libido, muscle strength, bone health, energy, mood, cognitive function, and overall well-being. Testosterone also helps balance estrogen and supports tissue repair and skin health.
We also support the body’s natural production of testosterone and overall hormone balance with peptides, stem cells, glandulars, red light, and support for enzymes and receptors. Other aspects of testosterone synthesis, utilization, and clearance—including genetic influences—will be addressed in other tracks.
Glandulars – Healthy ovarian and adrenal frequencies.
Stem Cells – Ovaries (theca cells), adrenal glands, and peripheral tissues such as adipose tissue, skin, liver, muscle, and brain.
Red Light – Supports cellular energy and tissue regeneration.
Peptides
- A-15 (Ovarian Peptide Complex) – Normalizes metabolism in ovarian cells.
- Adrenal Peptide Complex – Supports adrenal function and hormone balance.
- Androgen Receptor Agonist Peptides – Specialized peptides that selectively activate androgen receptors for tissue protection, muscle support, and mood enhancement.
Enzymes
- 17α-Hydroxylase/17,20-lyase (CYP17A1) – Converts pregnenolone and progesterone to androgens (including testosterone) in the ovaries and adrenals.
- 5α-Reductase – Converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a more potent androgen, primarily in peripheral tissues such as skin, hair follicles, and prostate (in men), but also in women’s skin and hair follicles.
Receptors
- Androgen Receptor (AR) – Mediates most of testosterone’s effects, including muscle growth, bone density, libido, and mood. Expressed in muscle, bone, brain, skin, adipose tissue, and reproductive organs.
Benefits
- Libido and Sexual Health – Supports healthy sexual desire and function.
- Muscle Strength and Maintenance – Promotes muscle growth and strength.
- Bone Health – Maintains bone density and reduces risk of osteoporosis.
- Energy and Mood – Enhances energy, motivation, and emotional well-being.
- Cognitive Function – Supports memory, focus, and mental clarity.
- Decreased Inflammation – testosterone exerts anti-inflammatory effects by suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines and modulating immune cell activity
- Skin Health – Contributes to skin elasticity and integrity.

Will be released on Nov 3
PURPOSE – Support the enzymatic pathway of conversion of hormones and elimination of hormones through the gut so they are not reabsorbed into the body
Support the healthy production of cholesterol in the liver, which is the main building block for sex hormones
DESCRIPTION – Liver metabolism is the main route for breaking down and inactivating estrogens, making them water-soluble and released into the intestine from bile. In the gut, certain bacteria can convert estrogen back into active form, where it is reabsorbed into the blood and increases circulating estrogen. This primarily happens when the gut is not healthy and there is an overgrowth of this bacteria.
Liver metabolism – Most estrogen metabolism occurs in the liver via cytochrome P450 enzymes (CYP1A1, CYP1B1, CYP1A2)
Three main pathways:
- 2-Hydroxylation – Leads to 2-hydroxyestrone and 2-hydroxyestradiol (catechol estrogens), which are generally considered safer metabolites and are rapidly cleared
- 4-Hydroxylation – Produces 4-hydroxyestrone and 4-hydroxyestradiol, which can be reactive and potentially DNA-damaging if not further metabolized
- 16α-Hydroxylation – Produces 16α-hydroxyestrone, which is a precursor to estriol and is prominent during pregnancy
-
Further processing – Catechol estrogens can be methylated by COMT (catechol-O-methyltransferase) to form methoxyestrogens, which are less reactive.
After estrogen is metabolized in the liver, it is conjugated (bound to glucuronic acid or sulfate) to make it water-soluble and less active. These conjugated estrogens are excreted into the bile and then released into the intestine
Role of the Gut Microbiome:
In the gut, certain bacteria (collectively called the estroblome) produce the enzyme beta-glucuronidase, which can deconjugate estrogen, converting it back to its active form
If the gut microbiome is healthy, most of the estrogen remains conjugated and is excreted in the stool.
However, if there is an overgrowth of bacteria that produce beta-glucuronidase, more estrogen can be deconjugated and reabsorbed into the bloodstream, increasing circulating estrogen levels
Excretion Pathways:
Stool – Much of the conjugated estrogen is excreted in the feces if not deconjugated and reabsorbed.
Urine – Some estrogen metabolites are excreted directly by the kidneys into urine, especially after further processing in the liver
PURPOSE – Support the healthy functioning of the adrenal glands and their production of sex hormones including pregnenolone (which is the “mother of all hormones” and can convert into anything) DHEA, DHEAA, allopregnanolone, testosterone, and androstenedioil.
DESCRIPTION – During perimenopause and menopause, the adrenal glands gain increased importance as the ovaries substantially decrease their production of estrogen and progesterone. The adrenals produce both sex hormone precursors—which can be converted to both estrogens and androgens in peripheral tissues – and some hormones completely themselves
Variations in adrenal function can affect the severity of menopausal symptoms—women with better adrenal reserve tend to have fewer symptoms and are typically the people that “sail through menopause”,, while depleted adrenals may worsen fatigue, sleep issues, and sexual dysfunction.

Will be released on Nov 3
ENERGIES INCLUDED:
Peptides – Adrenal Bioregulator
Glandulars – Frequencies of healthy human adrenal glands
Adrenal Sex Hormones
- Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA): The most abundant steroid hormone from the adrenals, DHEA rises significantly in most perimenopausal women and can be converted into both estrogens (such as estradiol) and androgens (such as testosterone) in peripheral tissues.
- Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS): A storage and transport form of DHEA, with modest increases in perimenopause, also serving as a precursor for sex hormones.
- Pregnenolone: A precursor to all adrenal steroids, shunted in some cases towards the “delta 5” pathway to make DHEA and Adiol, especially during the menopausal transition.
- Androstenediol (Adiol): Both an androgen and a weak estrogen, Adiol can increase 5–8 fold during perimenopause and menopause, reaching significant biological levels in some women and serving as a bridge between adrenal androgen and estrogen activity.
- Androstenedione: Converts to testosterone and estrogens; rises modestly during the menopausal transition.
- Testosterone: While levels decline with age, adrenal production increases slightly around menopause and provides a substantial proportion of the circulating active androgens in postmenopausal women.
- Estrone and Estradiol (in small amounts): Converted in peripheral tissues from adrenal androgens, contributing to the total pool of estrogenic molecules available when ovarian output drops.
Enzymes:
CYP11A1 (P450scc): A critical enzyme in adrenal steroidogenesis. It catalyzes the first and rate-limiting step of steroid hormone synthesis by converting cholesterol into pregnenolone, which is the precursor for all steroid hormones, including progesterone, cortisol, and adrenal androgens.
This enzyme is located in the mitochondria of adrenal cells and its activity is strongly regulated by the availability of cholesterol, which is transported into the mitochondria by the steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR). CYP11A1 is essential in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women because pregnenolone production initiates the entire cascade of adrenal steroid hormones, including the sex hormone precursors (DHEA, androstenedione) that become especially important when ovarian hormone production declines.
17α-hydroxylase/17,20-lyase (CYP17A1): This is the primary enzyme responsible for converting pregnenolone and progesterone into their 17α-hydroxylated products and then into DHEA, the main androgen precursor produced by the adrenals. The delta-5 steroidogenic pathway, which produces DHEA and androstenediol, relies heavily on this enzyme.
3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3β-HSD): Converts pregnenolone into progesterone and DHEA into androstenedione, further along the pathway toward active sex steroids like testosterone and estrogens.
Aromatase (CYP19A1): Although predominantly active in peripheral tissues rather than the adrenal gland itself, this enzyme converts androstenedione and testosterone into estrogens (estrone and estradiol), contributing to local estrogen synthesis especially post-ovarian function decline.
Sulfotransferase: Enzyme responsible for sulfation of DHEA to DHEAS, facilitating its transport and storage in circulation.

Will be released on Nov 3
PURPOSE – Support the pancreas, beta cells, and insulin production in relation to interplay with sex hormones.
DESCRIPTION – Estrogen imbalance directly affects insulin resistance, which causes the pancreas—specifically the beta cells—to work harder by producing and releasing more insulin in order to keep blood glucose levels under control. Over time, as insulin resistance worsens, the pancreas often cannot keep up with the increasing demand, which can lead to progressive beta cell dysfunction and ultimately reduced insulin production and diabetes. This track supports the interplay between pancreas, beta cells, insulin, and estrogen to improve blood sugar regulation.
- Lower estrogen creates Insulin Resistance and affects calcium homeostasis which further impairs insulin signaling. The beta cells of the pancreas depend on the intracellular calcium concentrations and their voltage-gated channels to trigger the release of insulin
- Insulin Resistance can affect estrogen levels by increasing aromatase (converting testosterone to estrogen) and decreasing sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) leading to higher estrogen coupled with iodine, can cause uterine fibroids
- Estrogen can regulate adiponectin influencing IR
- Mitochondrial function is influenced by estrogen impacting fat storage usage – it increases the efficiency of the electron transport chain (ATP) and calcium homeostasis – estrogen promotes formation of new mitochondria
Peptides – Pancreas Bioregulator
Glandulars – Frequencies of healthy human pancreas
Stem Cells – Pancreas cells
Red Light – Supports cellular energy and tissue regeneration

Will be released on Nov 10
PURPOSE – Energetically support the body to repair genetic and epigenetic polymorphisms (variations) and mutations that affect sex hormones, peri-menopause, and post-menopause symptoms.
DESCRIPTION – Inspired by CRISPR technology, Lynn will ask the bodies to look at both known and unknown genetic mutations that affect sex hormones. Unlike physical CRISPR therapy where collateral damage is often reported, the bodies can use their intelligence to only heal genetic mutations that are supportive of optimal health.
RESEARCH – The following are top ten most common variations affecting sex hormones, these will be included and as mentioned, the bodies will be asked to include any unknown variations/mutations as well.
- SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) polymorphisms – Influence the bioavailability of sex hormones, affecting fertility, metabolic health, and hormone-related conditions; very common in the general population.
- CYP19A1 (Aromatase) polymorphisms – Affect estrogen synthesis, impacting estrogen levels, bone health, endometriosis, and migraine risk; very common in the general population.
- ESR1 (Estrogen Receptor Alpha) polymorphisms – Alter estrogen sensitivity, affecting bone density, breast cancer risk, and cardiovascular health; very common in the general population.
- CYP17A1 (17α-Hydroxylase/17,20-lyase) polymorphisms – Affect androgen and cortisol synthesis, influencing female hormone balance and linked to congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH); common in the general population.
- ESR2 (Estrogen Receptor Beta) polymorphisms – Influence estrogen signaling, affecting mood, cognition, endometriosis, and cancer risk; common in the general population.
- HSD17B1 (17β-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase Type 1) polymorphisms – Impact the conversion of estrone to estradiol, influencing estrogen activity and fertility; moderate in the general population.
- CYP3A7 polymorphisms – Affect testosterone and estrogen metabolism, with variable effects by menopausal status; moderate to common in the general population.
- AR (Androgen Receptor) polymorphisms – Affect androgen sensitivity, influencing hirsutism, PCOS, and androgen insensitivity syndromes; moderate in the general population.
- BRCA1/BRCA2 mutations – Primarily cancer risk genes, but carriers often have altered sex hormone profiles, influencing breast and ovarian cancer risk; low in the general population but high clinical impact.
- FSHR (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone Receptor) polymorphisms – Specifically relevant to women, affecting ovarian function, follicular development, and fertility; common in the general population.

Will be released on Nov 10

What Lynn's Clients are Saying...
Weight better, sleep improved, joints less painful, energy improved
I noticed an improvement in my overall health in the past week. Sleep has improved but still getting up to go urinate. Joints are less painful. Energy level has improved but varies day to day. My weight is better and found I’m eating less sugar foods. Have lost a few pounds! Yay! Hormones seem to be better and noticed feeling happy in myself. I will continue to listen to the MP3s. I love Lynn’s work and notice the difference and know that my body responds well. 🙏🏼❤️ ~ Nina L.
Hair Loss Greatly Improved; Sleeping deeper
My major concern had been hair loss, and that has greatly improved. Sleeping deeper at night, with fewer trips to the bathroom. Most interesting to me is that I have felt chilly on occasion, which hasn’t happened with any regularity since moving to Cape Coral 4 years ago! ~ Lisa Hall
Skin firmer, brighter complexion, mood and emotions better
Most items have improved regarding mood and emotional balance. My skin has improved with firmer, probably some dehydration, no dryness anymore, brighter complexion and less blemishes. ~ Lisa S.
Simmering”joy; better skin texture fewer wrinkles, no nighttime urination, deeper sleep
Biggest changes noticed were in my emotional flatness, anxiety, and depression. I have enjoyed a reset of my baseline state to a simmering joy (if that makes sense). And when there was conflict in the workplace, or life anxiety arising, I was able to notice the effect within myself and work with it in a much more effective manner. Ironically, one of those conflicts was that I was making too much noise because I was happy! My workplace is usually quite silent, brains hard at work. But I was able to give the boss respect and acknowledgement, and then myself space to work through the TFE’s that arose from the ‘complaints’.
I have noticed a better skin texture and lessening of the finer wrinkles on my face.
I have noticed that I am able to sleep through the night without needing to wake to go the toilet. This has been a life long thing for me, going one or two times a night. So whether this is due to reduction of anxiety, better nervous system tone or bladder tissue integrity I don’t know. But the end result is deeper sleep, which I am very happy about. There has not been much of a change with daytime urination.
Vaginal dryness has improved a little, with some restoration of the natural process. It wasn’t at a problematic level prior to listening to the remedies, but it is nice to know that there is the natural reestablishment happening.
Overall, I am more content within this body and my life. Thank you! ~ Jan K.
Naturally lost weight, energy more even
Before starting, my weight had been fairly stable for a while, even though I would have liked to feel a bit lighter. Over the course of the beta test, I’ve noticed a gradual, natural weight loss of a couple of pounds without making any big changes to my routine. This was a nice surprise and has made me feel more comfortable in my body.
I also feel like my energy has been a little more even, which makes day-to-day tasks feel smoother. While the changes have been gentle, they’ve been encouraging and give me the sense that things are shifting in the right direction. ~ Betty R.
Much more energy and better sleep, lost 9 lbs improved diet
I have much more energy and sleep better. Hot flashes at night still there at times but not as many during the day. I lost 9 pounds but decided to eat less and better. Maybe cause of the higher energy. I had A-Fib, but had an ablation and it is now ok! I didn’t know about my bone density but just had the test and found out I have osteoporosis. Not fun on that. Need to know more about it to take measures to help get it better. I truly believe this helped me. And will continue listening! ~ Renee C.
Sleeping better, less overwhelm, better mood, not exhausted all the time
I am sleeping better. I used to always wake up at 3 am and now it is more like 4 or 5 am which is a good improvement. i also don’t feel like i am in overwhelm mode all the time. My mood is better and I am not exhausted all the time like i used to be. ~ Tonya W.
