Why Jesse is the perfect expert to help you
After beginning my professional path in traditional healthcare as Director of a therapeutic unit at a private psychiatric hospital, I could see conventional medicine was ineffective, which inspired my search for deeper, integrative approaches. My studies in energy medicine, medical qigong, nutrition, and physiology, alongside training with osteopathic and chiropractic physicians, shaped a holistic understanding of healing.
After multiple spinal injuries left me bedridden for months at a time over 15 years, I experienced the depth of pain and the body’s astounding ability to recover. These experiences deepened my commitment to helping others heal physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at age ten, I eventually healed myself through nutrition, physiology, and spiritual practice, discovering the inseparable link between emotional coherence and physical health.

I bring this depth of understanding — scientific, intuitive, and experiential — to every session and teaching I offer. FAQs about Jesse’s mp3s
The following are general guidelines. If your inner guidance is directing you to listen to the mp3s in a different way, please follow that advice (except don’t listen while driving etc). Click the toggle button to expand each answer as needed.
The MP3’s have healing frequencies which are silently wrapped in with the rich sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls. I share a short introduction to what each MP3 offers
I recommend initially listening to one MP3 per day and notice how you feel. Once you’ve listened to each MP3 and once you feel you’re integrating with the energies, you may listen up to 3 throughout a day, but don’t overload your nervous system. Less is more, allowing your body to gently accept the energies – not just for “alignment” but for “embodiment”!
If your guidance is directing you to listen to specific mp3s, then honor that. I do suggest listening to all the mp3s at least once in the beginning as described above. Sometimes the energies needed most are in tracks that we aren’t expecting! Every part of our bodies is interconnected!
Trust your body’s guidance and listen to whichever mp3s are the most relevant to your issues. Be open to listening to these as regular “tune-ups”!
If symptoms arise use the tracks as suggested – otherwise listen to the series, one a day over 8 days as a “tune-up”!
Initially I recommend listening with audible sound, so you can experience the richness of the Tibetan Singing Bowls and hear my introduction of purpose with some symptoms noted. Other related symptoms not listed will automatically be affected in relation to topic. Then if you prefer, listen on lowest volume – you’ll still benefit from the frequencies. The more you listen, listen with intention that you ARE free and healthy!
It is always best if you have the time to relax and focus on receiving the energies. Light multi-tasking is fine like doing dishes, reading, or at the computer, as most people do not have the time to lie down and concentrate. Please do not listen while driving.
Often the live calls will include a channelled healing prayer. You may interchange listening to the replay of live calls with the MP3’s, unless you’re experiencing a specific issue that invites listening to the matching MP3.

- If an item includes a private session, whether sold as part of a package or singly, the item is no longer refundable once the private session has been conducted or if it is less than 24 hours before a session is scheduled, even if it is less than 30 days after purchase.
- Private sessions, whether sold as part of a package or singly, must be availed within six months of purchase or will be forfeited and no refund given. Exceptions are if in the description of the package, the speaker specifies a different time limit
- Only one refund can be requested within a 90-day period.
- As of March 2020, Paypal stopped refunding their fees which are 5%, so you will get 95% of your money back. If you think you may refund an item, we recommend using the direct credit card option as then you will get 100% of your refund.
To obtain a refund, please forward a copy of your receipt to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and for direct credit cards a 100% refund will be issued and for Paypal a 95% refund will be issued.
