What is “bio-hacking”?
Biohacking (n) - attempts to improve the condition of your body and mind using technology, drugs, or other chemical substances.
Billionaires use biohacking for:
- Ideal Body Shape / Weight
- Looking Young
- Peak Energy
- Peak Productivity
- Life Extension
- Peak Mental Health
- Living Pain Free
But for most of us, biohacks are far too expensive
Most of us don’t have the CASH or the TIME to spend on all these treatments. Many of the supplements are patented, very expensive, and require ongoing monthly subscriptions. The therapies listed below usually require packs of sessions, repeating them every month ongoing or for at least a year. Many involve needles and invasive procedures.
In the Billionaire Biohack Series, medical intuitive Lynn Waldrop is creating energetic versions of these cutting edge supplements and therapies so that your body can absorb the frequencies of the treatments without the time and expense of the physical therapies.
If you've ever said "I hate getting old"...
Most of us over the age of 30 have said something like “ugh, I hate getting old”, this is due to a slowing metabolism – meaning the biological processes of your cells. When it slows (or if it was never optimal to begin with), you’ll notice
- Gaining weight when other people eating the same do not OR eating the same as you always did and now gaining
- "Food noise" - cravings and thinking about food, hungrier than you should be
- Belly fat is adding up AND/OR you've gained a lot of weight in your boobs as you got older, also butt
- Less energy esp in afternoon, waking up in middle of night wide awake
- Aches and pains
- Feeling bloated or uncomfortable
- Being grumpy or irritable more often
How metabolism affects weight
You may know someone who eats whatever they want and stays slim…and say they have a ‘fast metabolism”. What this really means is that their Resting Metabolic Rate is high, they burn more calories doing nothing. As you can see, exercise is actually just 5% of total energy expenditure – so exercising more barely moves the needle for weight loss. But if you can raise your BMR by just 10%, that would move the needle more than doubling your exercise.
What technologies are included in the Biohack Metabolism program?
- Energetic CRISPR - in physical world, CRISPR is new technology to edit/splice genes using enzymes, however there are many unintended consequences. With Energetic CRISPR, Lynn asks the consciousness of the body to precisely edit genes for intended effect AND only when it supports optimal health for the body as a whole. Science has identified over 400 genes affecting the thyroid alone, and that is only with a small fraction of them mapped.
- Glandulars - one treatment for endocrine glands in the physical world is desiccated (dried and powdered) glands from animals. For example Armour Thyroid contains dried thyroid glands of pigs. This program improves on that and provides the energies of healthy thyroids from humans. No humans were killed in creating these!
- Peptides - short chains of amino acids called peptides have been a huge, (mostly) healthy breakthrough in science - and used to create very expensive products, often requiring daily injections and refrigeration. Energies of peptides in this program are painless!
- Stem Cells - stem cells are used everywhere from athletes to cancer treatment. These blank slate cells can become any needed cell in the body at the original blueprint of the body before it was affected by all the physical and energetic toxins. Lynn will provide the energies of the specific stem cells for each gland and organ in this program.
- Red Light Therapy - one of the most effective biohacks, the energies of red light and near infrared are provided in each of the tracks for glands and organs to speed healing and regeneration.
- Enzymes - biological catalysts that speed up chemical reactions are required in all parts of metabolism. Recent scientific breakthroughs have identified the key enzymes in metabolic functions, and these will be supported energetically to have sufficient quantities for optimal metabolism
- Receptors - an overlooked piece of the piece of puzzle are hormone receptors, you must have the right quantities (too many or too few are both problematic) and they must be available for the desired hormone and not blocked by a toxin. We'll work on balancing the numbers and keeping them open/available and cleared from toxins

What are Energetic Frequencies?
We all know on a fundamental level, everything is energy. Say for example thyroid glandular supplements – which is desiccated usually bovine thyroid gland that helps people who have low thyroid function. It will have a particular frequency, Lynn could tune into those frequencies and then encode them in an MP3.
BUT Lynn can take it a step further to encode the healthy frequencies of HUMAN thyroid. Since no healthy humans have to have their thyroids removed and dried out for the frequency version, she can support bodies to heal with an even better energetic match than physical science can ethically provide!
Why Energetic Frequencies
Are So Amazing
- RESULTS - This is the purest form of energy delivered directly to your entire body, to any part that needs it. It doesn’t have to go through the digestive system or through your bloodstream, but can pass through all parts of your body and be absorbed exactly in the right places.
- TIME - Each mp3 is only about 10-20 mins. You can play one a day on a rotation, or set up a playlist to play multiple.
- CONVENIENCE - You can turn the volume down to low because the healing energies have no sound (frequencies are not in the audible range - however Lynn does narrate what she is doing so it is recommended to listen at least once). The other times you listen you can do other things around the house or at work, you won’t be bugging anyone. Many people play them on their computer while they are working, while they are relaxing around the home, or while they sleep!
- PAINLESS - No needles or stinging or bruising or swallowing handfuls of pills.
- PERFECT DOSE - Your body only absorbs what it needs! It’s like a buffet - your body chooses what it needs at that moment and ignores the rest. You don’t have to worry about how much or how often or adjusting the dosage.
- SHARE THE LOVE - all your loved ones including pets will benefit if they are around you when you play. It is left to the consciousness of each being what or how much it wants to receive
- AFFORDABLE - No monthly subscriptions of expensive patented supplements, one-time payment for a lifetime!

Metabolism Disrupting TFEs
MP3
PURPOSE: This track specifically targets any thoughts, feelings, and emotions, including trauma and grief that are interfering with your metabolism directly. Many events you won’t even need to bring into your consciousness, but the bodies have said there are a LOT (and the beta-testers confirmed this track was surprisingly strong). You can listen to the track while sitting with a known event/issue, or let it clear whatever comes up. Some may pass briefly through your mind, it’s important not to hold on to the memories if they arise, but to let them pass.
NOTE: Our beta-testers felt this was a very special track, many of them mentioned it in their feedback comments:
“It was interesting to note and let go of so many memories from the past: conversations, incidents, etc, that impacted my view of my physical shape, my emotional challenges and how releasing the related TFEs has given me a new lease on life and my plans for the future.” ~ Sally V.
” I found the TFE’s difficult to start with but persisted in trying to bring up as many issues in my past 75 years that I possibly could – with the result that now I really have to think about them to remember what they were all about! So less things troubling me from my past.” ~ Joan G.
“I also noticed I felt more intense shifts in the last week of the program during the TFE track.” ~ Lisa S
“I found that the third mp3 ( TFE’s) was the most powerful for me” – I.F.
“the TFE’s. I think this was a game changer for me.” – Angela G.
“The Metabolism TFE ones – feels like it pulled out so much stuff and continues to release for me, Blocks. Trauma, and Heart Aches etc. ” ~ Sara I.
“The “Metabolism Disrupting TFEs” MP3 was particularly powerful. Several times, I had a good cleansing cry.” ~ Sally D.
“The most interesting MP3 to me was the TFEs one. I noticed that the more I played it, the more a part of me that had been resisting (I had not realized it was resisting) started letting it in. I have worked with timelines before and absolutely believe in them. I really like the knots Lynn talked about. It started feeling like, each time I played this one out loud, a different piece of my time line would start releasing. Most of the time I was playing this in the background as I did something else. It was interesting to notice when I would suddenly start noticing her words. Then I would start doing something else and it would just be background noise. But I feel like I need to spend a lot more time with this–that it is slowly starting pull out some very deep-seated, long-buried TFEs. Pretty cool.” ~ S.R.
Pituitary - Body Shape
MP3
PURPOSE: Renew the pituitary gland to optimal health and hormone production, so that its hormone signaling to the Thyroid and Adrenals are online.
DESCRIPTION: In addition to its role in hormone signaling to other glands, a sluggish pituitary is found to contribute to women gaining weight in their boobs, bellies, and butts when they hit their 40s and 50s. So many of us notice this in ourselves and our friends, so bringing the pituitary back in balance can help with that.
It also helps regulate blood pressure and water retention with vasopressin, and anti-aging through Human Growth Hormone.
FUNCTION: The pituitary gland regulates numerous vital functions through its hormone production:
1. Anti-Aging – Growth hormone influences cellular repair and metabolism.
2. Stress Response Regulation – ACTH stimulates cortisol release from adrenal glands, helping manage stress responses and maintain blood sugar levels.
3. Metabolism Control – TSH regulates thyroid hormone production, which is critical for metabolic rate control across various tissues.
4. Fluid Balance Maintenance – ADH regulates water retention in kidneys, influencing blood pressure and fluid balance.
INCLUDES:
Red light – Infrared and near-infrared frequencies to accelerate healing and reduce infection
Stem Cells – Pituitary specific stem cells
Peptides – CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
CJC-1295 is an incredibly effective peptide which works by stimulating the release of your own body’s growth hormones (which drop quickly after the age of 30). Research has shown that CJC-1295 can increase growth hormone levels by 200-1000% and the elevated growth hormone production continued for up to 6 days.
Ipamorelin acts in a completely different way than CJC-1295 by mimicking ghrelin. This is an important distinction between both peptides because Ghrelin is responsible for initiating the breakdown of fat for use as energy as well as preventing the breakdown of muscles. Ipamorelin is cleared from the body more rapidly as its half-life is only about 2 hours.
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin combined generally see a 3-5 fold increase in growth hormone release over ipamorelin alone. This will increase the benefits of your peptide therapy over using a single peptide alone.
Peptide Bioregulators
Endocron – a peptide bioregulator formulated to nourish and support the pituitary gland. 1
Testagen – a short bioregulatory peptide that primarily affects the pituitary gland designed to normalize testosterone and thyroid hormone production, effectively “resetting” the pituitary gland to a more youthful state. 3
Hormones
Note: hypothalamic and pituitary hormones are peptide-based
1. Growth Hormone (GH): Stimulates growth, cell reproduction, and regeneration. It plays a vital role in muscle and bone development. It enhances protein synthesis, which is crucial for muscle growth and repair. This effect contributes to increased muscle mass 4 5 It promotes lipolysis, the breakdown of fats, leading to a reduction in body fat. It increases the availability of fatty acids for energy use 2 6 HGH has complex effects on glucose metabolism. It can reduce glucose uptake by tissues, promote gluconeogenesis (the production of glucose from non-carbohydrate sources), and induce insulin resistance 5 6
2. Adrenocorticotropic Hormone (ACTH): Stimulates the adrenal cortex to produce cortisol and other glucocorticoids, which are essential for stress response and metabolism regulation.
3. Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH): Stimulates the thyroid gland to produce and release thyroid hormones (T3 and T4), which regulate metabolism.
4. Melanocyte-Stimulating Hormones (MSH): Involved in regulating skin pigmentation and appetite.
5. Antidiuretic Hormone (ADH, Vasopressin): Regulates water balance by promoting water reabsorption in the kidneys.
Enzymes
Prohormone Convertases (PCs): Involved in processing prohormones into active hormones within the pituitary gland.
Deiodinases: These enzymes convert thyroxine (T4) into triiodothyronine (T3) and reverse T3 (rT3) by removing iodine atoms from the hormone molecules.
Receptors
Growth Hormone Receptor (GHR): Mediates the effects of growth hormone on target tissues, influencing growth and metabolism.
Adrenocorticotropic Hormone Receptor (ACTHR): Binds ACTH to stimulate cortisol production from adrenal glands.
Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone Receptor (TSHR): Mediates TSH action on thyroid follicles to promote thyroid hormone synthesis.
Vasopressin Receptors (V1 and V2): V1 receptors mediate vasoconstriction effects, while V2 receptors are involved in water reabsorption in kidneys.
Hypothalamus & Hunger
MP3
PURPOSE: Renew the hypothalamus gland to optimal health and hormone production, so that its hormone signaling to the Pituitary, Thyroid, and Adrenals are online.
A healthy hypothalamus is required for all endocrine function and also plays a big role in appetite control receiving signals about leptin and ghrelin which tell our body we are full or we are hungry. So we are going to help renew leptin sensitivity that signals us to stop eating. The hypothalamus also can enhance insulin sensitivity, and influences are circadian rhythms.
FUNCTION:
Appetite Control and Leptin Sensitivity
Arcuate nucleus – It acts as a primary sensor for peripheral signals like leptin and ghrelin, which are released from fat cells and the stomach respectively, allowing the brain to monitor the body’s energy status and adjust feeding behavior accordingly.
Impaired Leptin Transport – Transport of leptin across the blood-brain barrier (BBB) becomes impaired indicating that leptin is less accessible to the hypothalamus, which is critical for its signaling effects 1 4
Chronic High Levels of Leptin – Elevated levels of leptin can cause downregulation of its receptors (LepRb) in the hypothalamus. This downregulation diminishes leptin signaling, leading to reduced sensitivity 1 7
Hypothalamic Inflammation – Chronic inflammation in the hypothalamus, characterized by increased levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (e.g., IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α), has been linked to leptin resistance. 1 5
Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER) Stress – Stress in hypothalamic neurons disrupts normal protein folding and processing. This stress response can lead to decreased leptin receptor signaling and impair the synthesis of neuropeptides involved in appetite regulation 1 3
Altered Signaling Pathways – Increased Activity of Protein Tyrosine Phosphatases (PTPs): Increased activity of PTPs, such as PTP1B, can dephosphorylate key components in the leptin signaling pathway (e.g., LepRb, JAK2), further inhibiting leptin action 2 4
Circadian Rhythms
The hypothalamus is integral to maintaining circadian rhythms through the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), which acts as the master pacemaker, synchronizing internal biological clocks with external environmental cues. This synchronization is crucial for regulating various physiological processes, including sleep-wake cycles, hormone release, and metabolic functions. Disruptions in these rhythms can lead to significant health issues, such as metabolic disorders, sleep disturbances, and mood disorders, underscoring the importance of maintaining a regular daily rhythm for optimal well-being.
ENERGIES: We are going to include peptides, stem cells, red light, balance related enzyme production, and support hormone receptors.
These will also help both glands heal from nodules and growths.
Peptides – Hypotalen is a peptide bioregulator specifically formulated to support and maintain hypothalamus health.
Stem Cells – Hypothalamus specific stem cells
Red Light – Accelerated Healing & infection clearance
Hormones
Thyrotropin-Releasing Hormone (TRH) – Stimulates the anterior pituitary to release thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), which in turn promotes thyroid hormone production from the thyroid gland.
Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH) – Triggers the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the anterior pituitary, essential for reproductive function and sexual development.
Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH) – Stimulates the anterior pituitary to secrete growth hormone (GH), which is vital for growth and metabolism.
Corticotropin-Releasing Hormone (CRH) – Promotes the release of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) from the anterior pituitary, which stimulates cortisol production from the adrenal glands.
Somatostatin – Inhibits the release of growth hormone and TSH from the anterior pituitary, helping to regulate growth and metabolic processes.
Metabolic Pathways Cleanout
MP3
PURPOSE: Energetically clear chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, mycotoxins, molds, viruses (like Epstein-Barr), parasites, heavy metals, medications, EMF and any other toxins that are affecting your Hypothalamus, Pituitary, Adrenals, and Thyroid and metabolism
DESCRIPTION: Atrazine is the 2nd most common pesticide (after glyphosate) and is a particularly bad endocrine disruptor, it has been banned in Europe since 2004. Includes neutralization of other pesticides, herbicides, fungicides etc that disrupt metabolism
PFAS, BPA, and other forever chemicals – known endocrine disruptors, neutralizing any that are affecting metabolic pathways, including variations on these chemicals used to get around restrictions.
Medications – like dexamethasone, glucocorticoid, some antidepressants and even thyroxine (synthetic T4 replacement) can affect this axis.
Viruses – certain viruses can directly invade the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, leading to potential endocrine dysfunctions like hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis insufficiency and thyroid dysfunction. Zika Virus can affect the hypothalamus, Herpes Simplex Virus can lead to increased levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and corticosterone. Acute viral infections of the central nervous system, such as meningitis and encephalitis, are well-documented causes of hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction. The dysfunction may arise during the acute phase of the infection or develop later. Infections such as tuberculosis, histoplasmosis, and syphilis can also affect the pituitary.
Excess iron, like those who have hemochromatosis, can cause slow thyroid.
We will also clear molds, fungus, yeast, parasites, heavy metals and EMFs that may be affecting your Metabolism
Thyroid Metabolism
MP3
PURPOSE: Renew the thyroid gland to optimal health and hormone production, increase basal metabolic rate to increase cellular metabolism, increase caloric burn, improve metabolic health and prevent metabolic disorders, increase muscle mass, and boost energy levels and thermoregulation.
The Basal Metabolic Rate is the amount of energy you consume for your body to run all of its primary functions. When the BMR decreases, the body dials down functions like energy production, keeping the body warm, hormone production, cellular repair. When we ramp the BMR back up, those processes come back online. And when the BMR is high, we need to eat more calories to provide energy and it’s much easier to lose weight.
ENERGIES: We are going to include peptides, stem cells, glandulars, red light, balance related enzyme production, and support hormone receptors.
These will also help the thyroid heal from nodules and growths.
Glandulars
Healthy human thyroid gland frequencies
Stem Cells
Thyroid-specific stem cells are currently being developed, we are going to biohack these and provide their energies. Found within the thyroid gland, these cells can differentiate into thyroid follicular cells, which are responsible for producing thyroid hormones (T3 and T4). They play a crucial role in maintaining thyroid tissue homeostasis and have regenerative capabilities.
Peptides
Thymosin Beta-4 (TB-500): Known for its healing properties, including tissue repair and inflammation reduction, which can be beneficial in thyroid conditions
Cyclic Peptide P19: In studies, P19 significantly improved thyroid function by reducing levels of thyrotropin binding inhibitory immunoglobulins (TBII) and free thyroxine (fT4) in treated mice. This suggests that P19 may modulate the immune response against TSHR, leading to better thyroid hormone regulation . Note free thyroxine cannot be used.
Thyroid Bioregulator – peptides that have a selective effect on various cells of the thyroid gland, normalize their metabolism, and regulate the functions of the thyroid gland .
Red light
Infrared and near-infrared frequencies to accelerate healing and reduce infection
HORMONES
Thyroid hormones are synthesized from the amino acid tyrosine and are modified by the addition of iodine atoms
Thyroxine (T4): This is the primary hormone produced by the thyroid, comprising about 80% of the hormones released. T4 is a prohormone that is converted into the more active form, triiodothyronine (T3), in various tissues, including the liver and kidneys.
Triiodothyronine (T3): Although T3 is produced in smaller amounts compared to T4, it is the more active form of thyroid hormone and plays a crucial role in regulating metabolism, energy levels, and overall metabolic activity in the body.
Calcitonin: This hormone helps regulate calcium levels in the blood by inhibiting osteoclast activity in bones, thus reducing the release of calcium into the bloodstream.
ENZYMES
1. Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) – Catalyzes the iodination of thyroglobulin and the synthesis of thyroid hormones (T3 and T4) by oxidizing iodide ions to iodine. Produced in the thyroid follicular cells. 1 3
2. NADPH Oxidases (DUOX1 and DUOX2) – Generate hydrogen peroxide, which is necessary for the activity of TPO during thyroid hormone biosynthesis. Produced in the thyroid follicular cells. 2 4
3. Sulfotransferases (SULTs) – Catalyze the sulfation of thyroid hormones, which is a key metabolic pathway that enhances the water solubility of these hormones, facilitating their excretion. This process converts active thyroid hormones into inactive forms, such as reverse T3 (rT3). Expressed in the thyroid gland and liver.
RECEPTORS
1.Thyroid Hormone Receptor Alpha (TRα): Involved in regulating metabolism, heart rate, and development.
2.Thyroid Hormone Receptor Beta (TRβ): TRβ1 is predominantly responsible for mediating thyroid hormone action in various tissues. It plays a critical role in negative feedback regulation of thyroid hormone levels. TRβ2 is particularly important in the brain and pituitary gland
FUNCTIONS OF THYROID
Metabolism Regulation: Thyroid hormones increase the basal metabolic rate, influencing how the body converts food into energy. They enhance oxygen consumption and energy expenditure across various tissues, affecting overall metabolism, including carbohydrate and lipid metabolism 1 3
Cardiovascular Function: Thyroid hormones have a significant impact on heart function. They increase heart rate, cardiac output, and contractility. 1 2
Nervous System Function: These hormones influence cognitive function and mood. In adults, adequate levels of thyroid hormones are important for maintaining mental clarity, mood stability, and overall cognitive health. Hypothyroidism can lead to symptoms such as depression and impaired memory. 1 4
Thermoregulation: Thyroid hormones help regulate body temperature by increasing heat production through enhanced metabolic processes. This thermogenic effect is particularly important in maintaining normal body temperature in response to environmental changes 1 6
Cellular Replacement and Repair: Thyroid hormones regulate the rate at which cells die and are replaced in various tissues, contributing to overall tissue health and repair mechanisms 3 5
Cholesterol Synthesis: Thyroid hormones, particularly triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4), stimulate the synthesis of cholesterol in the liver. They activate key enzymes involved in cholesterol production, such as 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA (HMG-CoA) reductase, which is essential for cholesterol biosynthesis 1 2
Lower Cholesterol: Enhance the expression of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) receptors in the liver, which increases the uptake of circulating LDL cholesterol. This process helps lower serum cholesterol levels by promoting its clearance from the bloodstream 2 5
Conversion to Bile Acids: Facilitate the conversion of cholesterol into bile acids, which are then excreted from the body. This conversion is mediated by enzymes such as cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase (CYP7A1), and it plays a significant role in regulating cholesterol levels 1 3
Metabolism Genetics with Energetic CRISPR
MP3
PURPOSE: Energetically support the body to repair genetic and epigenetic mutations that cause slow metabolism.
DESCRIPTION: Inspired by CRISPR technology, Lynn will ask the bodies to look at both known and unknown genetic mutations that affect metabolism. Unlike physical CRISPR therapy where collateral damage is often reported, the bodies can use their intelligence to only heal genetic mutations that are supportive of optimal health.
Additionally science has only mapped a fraction of the genetic footprint of the thyroid for example, so there are many other unknown mutations that are likely affecting us. We may be born with some, and environmental toxins can cause more mutations. Asking the body to direct its healing energies to these known and unknown mutations can get to the root cause of many of our issues.
RESEARCH:
Thyroid – They have identified over 400 genes related to the thyroid and there are many variations that affect TSH and free T4 concentrations, and they estimate about ⅔ of variations in TSH for example are related to genetic factors. So we will work with the variations as a whole to energetically turn off any that are keeping you imbalanced. To date only a fraction of the genetic footprint of thyroid function has been clarified. Variants in genes related to thyroid hormone synthesis, transport, and metabolism (e.g., DIO1, which encodes for deiodinase enzymes that convert T4 to T3) can affect hormone availability and action at the cellular level. Mutations in thyroid hormone receptor genes (THRα and THRβ) can lead to resistance to thyroid hormones. For example, certain TRβ mutations can cause generalized resistance, leading to symptoms of hypothyroidism despite normal serum hormone levels.
Pituitary – Genetic mutations in transcription factors such as PROP1 and PIT1 can lead to combined pituitary hormone deficiencies (CPHD), affecting the production of growth hormone (GH), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). Mutations in genes like AIP (aryl hydrocarbon receptor-interacting protein) are linked to familial isolated pituitary adenomas (FIPA). These mutations can predispose individuals to develop pituitary tumors that may affect hormone secretion. Mutations in genes such as HESX1, LHX3, and LHX4 are associated with congenital hypopituitarism, which can impair the development and function of the pituitary gland.
Adrenals – Adrenal hyperplasia can be caused by mutations in the CYP21A2 gene (21-hydroxylase deficiency. Familial Glucocorticoid Deficiency (FGD) can be caused by mutations in several genes, including MC2R, MRAP, and NNT. Twin studies also suggest Cortisol Awakening Response has genetic factors.
Liver – Genetic variants in thyroid hormone transporters like MCT8, MCT10, and OATP1B1 can affect the uptake of thyroid hormones into liver cells, impacting conversion
BONUS: There is a recent study discovering a gene in labrador retrievers (a breed which is known for a tendency to get chunky) that makes them want to eat more and think more about food aka food greediness. The same gene can be found in overweight humans. The gene is called DENND1B, and the researchers explain that it directly affects a brain pathway (called the leptin melanocortin pathway). Dogs carrying the genetic variant most associated with obesity, DENND1B, had around 8% more body fat than those who didn’t have it. We can ask the bodies intelligence to edit just the “eat more” signalling part of this gene, if you have it. Let us know what you notice!
Liver & Kidney Conversion and Clearance
MP3
PURPOSE: Support the liver and kidney in their roles in hormone conversion and clearance (excretion)
DESCRIPTION: Healthy liver function is necessary to provide cholesterol to make steroid hormones and the liver is the main conversion site of thyroid hormones T4 into T3. The liver also produces proteins that transport the thyroid hormones throughout the body. And the liver and kidneys regulate cortisol by metabolizing it to clear it from the body.
ENERGIES:
Herbs – Beet Root, Celery Seed, Milk Thistle – natural supplements that help promote healthy bile flow, liver function, and liver detox. Dandelion – to help detox the kidneys. Chanca Piedra – the “stone crusher” helps dissolves bile and gallbladder stones.
Red Light – Infrared and near-infrared frequencies to accelerate healing and reduce infection in liver and kidneys
Stem Cells – Liver and Kidney specific stem cells
Peptides – Liver & Kidney Organ Bioregulators
Glandulars – Healthy human liver and kidney frequencies
ENZYMES
Liver 11β-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase Type 1 (11β-HSD1) – Primarily converts inactive cortisone to active cortisol, predominantly found in the liver. Its activity is particularly relevant in the context of metabolic syndrome and obesity, where enhanced cortisol action can contribute to insulin resistance and other metabolic disturbances .
Kidney 11β-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase Type 2 (11β-HSD2) – In contrast, 11β-HSD2 catalyzes the conversion of active cortisol to inactive cortisone, primarily in the kidneys and placenta. This enzyme acts as a protective mechanism to prevent cortisol from activating mineralocorticoid receptors (MR), thereby regulating blood pressure and electrolyte balance. Too much 11B-HSD2 can make it seem like you have adrenal insufficiency and not producing enough cortisol, causing fatigue. Not enough of this enzyme and you can have high blood pressure and dangerously high potassium.
Cytochrome P450 Enzymes (CYPs) – The liver contains a variety of cytochrome P450 enzymes that are crucial for the metabolism of steroid hormones. For instance, CYP3A4 is involved in the metabolism of cortisol and other glucocorticoids.
HMG-CoA Reductase – This enzyme plays a critical role in cholesterol synthesis, which is essential for steroid hormone production. Thyroid hormones stimulate HMG-CoA reductase activity, thereby influencing the availability of cholesterol for steroidogenesis 5 9
Glucuronosyltransferases (UGTs) – Responsible for glucuronidation, another phase II metabolic reaction that conjugates glucuronic acid to thyroid hormones. This process increases their solubility and facilitates elimination from the body. The liver is the primary site for UGT production, and are are also present in the kidneys, where they participate in the metabolism and clearance of thyroid hormones from circulation .
FUNCTION
Thyroid Hormone Metabolism – The liver plays a central role in the metabolism of thyroid hormones. It is responsible for converting thyroxine (T4) into its active form, triiodothyronine (T3), through deiodinase enzymes. This conversion is critical for maintaining proper thyroid function and systemic metabolic balance. Also found in the kidneys.
The kidney also contributes to thyroid hormone metabolism by excreting inactive thyroid hormone metabolites. Impaired kidney function can lead to altered thyroid hormone levels, including low T3 syndrome.
Thyroid Hormone Transport – The liver produces thyroid hormone-binding proteins such as thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG), transthyretin, and albumin, which are essential for transporting T3 and T4 in the bloodstream. Dysfunctional liver activity can disrupt this transport system, leading to abnormal thyroid hormone availability.
Neural Feedback to the Hypothalamus – The hypothalamus receives afferent signals from the liver via autonomic nerves. These signals provide feedback on metabolic status, influencing hypothalamic regulation of appetite, energy expenditure, and hormonal release from the pituitary gland
Cortisol binding globulin (CBG) – the liver synthesizes CBG, which binds approximately 75% of circulating cortisol. CBG regulates cortisol levels in the bloodstream, and any liver dysfunction can lead to decreased CBG synthesis, resulting in altered cortisol availability and potentially impacting adrenal function
Cortisol Balance Kidneys – the kidney also plays a role by reabsorbing or excreting cortisol metabolites.
Glucose Regulation via Adrenal-Liver Interaction: Cortisol stimulates gluconeogenesis in the liver during stress or fasting. This interaction is critical for maintaining blood glucose levels but can become dysregulated in cases of liver dysfunction or adrenal overactivity
Gut Conversion & Clearance
MP3
PURPOSE: Energetically support healthy gut activity and balance of gut microbiota, increasing bacteria that support metabolic function and reducing those that are detrimental as needed. 20% of T4 to T3 conversion happens in the gut. Also waste products and excess hormones are excreted through the gut.
RESEARCH: Gut-Thyroid Axis: Gut microbiota can influence thyroid function, and thyroid dysfunction can also alter the gut microbiota composition. This bidirectional interaction is often referred to as the “gut-thyroid axis,”
Gut microbiota play a crucial role in the absorption and processing of essential minerals such as iodine and selenium, which are vital for the synthesis and metabolism of thyroid hormones.
ENERGIES: Bacteria Balance – Gut bacteria are involved in the metabolism of thyroid hormones. Specifically, certain gut bacteria produce enzymes that participate in the conversion of thyroid hormone T4 (thyroxine) into T3 (triiodothyronine), as well as the storage of thyroid hormones, potentially affecting their bioavailability and activity.
A study published in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism analyzed the gut microbiota of patients with hypothyroidism. The results showed an increased abundance of Veillonella, Paraprevotella, Neisseria, and Rheinheimera in hypothyroid patients compared to healthy individuals. In a recent study published in 2024 in the journal Frontiers in Nutrition, researchers explored the association between gut microbiota and hypothyroidism. The study found several types of bacteria, including Akkermansia, Ruminococcaceae, Butyrivibrio, and Holdemania exhibit protective effects against hypothyroidism. At the same time, Anaerostipes, Intestinimonas, and Ruminiclostridium were detrimental to hypothyroidism.
Peptide
BPC-157 (Body Protecting Compound-157): Helps repair gut health, which is crucial for thyroid function and hormone conversion
Adrenals: Energy + Belly Fat
MP3
PURPOSE: Support the healthy functioning of the adrenal glands and energetically balance cortisol, addressing belly fat. We will also support optimizing your 24-hour cortisol rhythm which can help with waking up in the middle of the night, difficulty waking up/getting going in the morning, and fatigue in the afternoons. We will also balance the signaling of the HPA axis (hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal) so that they work together in the optimal rhythms.
RESEARCH: Cortisol has a 24 hour rhythm – Levels should be at their lowest around 2-4am and peak within 30–45 minutes after awakening (this is known as the Cortisol Awakening Response or CAR). This peak helps prepare the body for the demands of the day by increasing alertness, energy, and metabolism. After the morning peak, cortisol levels gradually decline during the day. Levels are lower before lunch and continue to decrease into the evening. If the cortisol pattern is disrupted, you may have high cortisol levels in the middle of the night, waking you up and feeling wide awake. You can feel tired/sluggish/crashes or amped up at the wrong times of the day. We want to recalibrate the bodies’ rhythm to the correct one for you.
Note: this is also why blood tests for cortisol are ineffective, they only tell you the amount you have at the time the blood is drawn. They also can’t tell you if your kidneys/liver are converting too much or too little active cortisol into inactive cortisone. Without having a full picture, you won’t know if you are producing too much or too little cortisol, or it could be the right amount but it’s being converted at the wrong ratio. A 24-hour urine test with cortisol metabolites gives a fuller picture, like the DUTCH test. You can find functional doctors in your area or if you are comfortable interpreting lab results, you can order it yourself (tip search for a coupon if ordering it yourself, they often have one for $100 off)

Metabolic Adrenal Hormones
Aldosterone: helps regulate blood pressure and electrolyte balance by promoting sodium retention and potassium excretion in the kidneys.
Epinephrine (Adrenaline): Increases heart rate, muscle strength, blood pressure, and sugar metabolism. It prepares the body for rapid action in stressful situations.
Norepinephrine (Noradrenaline): Works alongside epinephrine to enhance alertness and prepare the body for a stress response by increasing blood flow to muscles and elevating blood pressure. It also controls the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. During deep sleep, norepinephrine levels rise and fall in slow waves, helping fluid move through brain tissue. These waves create a pumping effect, ensuring waste is efficiently cleared out of the brain when you sleep, via the glymphatic system. Without proper norepinephrine activity, the glymphatic system slows down and allows toxins to build up, prematurely aging the brain. Note: Sleeping medications affect norepinephrine and cause waste material build up in the brain increasing risk for dementia and many other health issues. See study
HPA Axis Signaling Balance – Now that we have the hypothalamus, pituitary, and adrenals supported and balanced, we will also strengthen the signaling pathway between the 3 in the HPA Axis and energetically connect them
Cortisol: Influences metabolism, reduces inflammation, and helps the body respond to stress. It is synthesized from cholesterol, which is first converted to pregnenolone, and then further processed into cortisol where specific enzymes like 17α-hydroxylase and 21-hydroxylase facilitate the conversion of pregnenolone into cortisol.
- Regulates Metabolism: Cortisol plays a crucial role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. It stimulates gluconeogenesis, the process of converting non-carbohydrate sources into glucose, thereby increasing blood sugar levels to provide energy during stress or fasting situations 1 4
- Reduces Inflammation: Cortisol has potent anti-inflammatory properties. It suppresses the immune response by inhibiting the production of inflammatory cytokines and reducing the activity of immune cells, which helps to control inflammation and prevent excessive tissue damage 2 5
- Maintains Blood Pressure: Cortisol helps regulate blood pressure by enhancing the sensitivity of blood vessels to catecholamines (like adrenaline) and promoting sodium retention in the kidneys. This action contributes to maintaining vascular tone and overall blood pressure stability 6 7
Adaptogens & Chinese Medicine Herbs
MP3
PURPOSE: Energetic frequencies of adaptogenic herbs and chinese herbs that support the metabolism.
DESCRIPTION: Adaptogenic herbs help the body to achieve homeostasis (balance) after exposure to stressors, whether you need more or less of something, they work both ways. They interact with the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, which is responsible for the body’s stress response. 5

- Cnidium Rhizome (Chōbō)
- Ginseng
- Moutan Bark (Moutan)
- Evodia Fruit (Tachiai)
- Ginger
ATP, Energy, & Electron Transport Chain
MP3
PURPOSE: All metabolism requires energy in the form of ATP, which is the fuel the body creates in the mitochondria. Without sufficient ATP, none of the hormones and enzymes for metabolism can be created, none of the signaling can happen. The energies in the track support the body’s electron transport chain, the step-by-step process of getting electrons and protons into the mitochondria to create ATP. Note: this could be a whole program in itself, it’s very complex and there are many steps, so we are going to address the most common bottlenecks in the process.
RESEARCH: Mercola article about Redox Reactions
DESCRIPTION: The electron transport chain (ETC) is housed in the inner mitochondria membrane and is the pathway for creating ATP. It consists of four main protein complexes, typically labeled as Complex I- IV. These complexes work together to transfer electrons and pump protons across the inner mitochondrial membrane. ATP synthase (sometimes referred to as Complex V) works in conjunction with the ETC to produce ATP using the proton gradient generated by the electron transport process. These are the bottlenecks that we will address:
- NAD+ – think of this as an empty taxi ready to shuttle electrons through the chain.
- FAD – think of this as an empty cargo truck in a different lane on the transport system that also shuttle electrons.
- CoQ10 – Improves electron shuttling between complexes, reducing the risk of electron leakage and subsequent reactive oxygen species (ROS) formation
- Succinate dehydrogenase – Receives electrons from FADH2 (the full cargo truck) and transfers them to ubiquinone (CoQ)
- Vitamin K3 (menadiol sodium diphosphate) in combination with vitamin C can increase efficiency of Complex III
- Vitamin E and N-acetylcysteine can reduce oxidative stress and protect the inner mitochondria membrane lipids from peroxidation.
- Peptide SS-31 – can stabilize cardiolipin, a unique phospholipid critical for IMM structure and function.
- BONUS: We’ll also include energies for NADP+ which also shuttles electrons around, and is specifically used in cortisol and T3 and T4 synthesis
Copper, Iodine, and Micro-Nutrients
MP3
PURPOSE: Collagen production for skin and connective tissue, hair pigmentation (reversing grey!) hormone balance, joint support, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal (mold), brain and nervous system support, cardiovascular support, cancer prevention, Really because these micro nutrients are so widely used by the body, it helps everywhere.
RESEARCH: Find the books Copper Revolution and Iodine Crisis in the Files section of the Telegram group listed below. Note: While not everything in the Copper Revolution book seems accurate to me, they do explain the importance of copper very well. Borax article
GROUPS: Telegram Group- Alternative Medicine
There are many minerals that are needed in every cell in small amounts. We used to be able to get them from food but with the destruction of natural food production, most soils are completely depleted of these key minerals.
Additionally, modern practices further deplete these minerals. For example, the type of fluoride that is added to drinking water depletes cop (and builds up in your body causing more problems). Bromine which is added to flour, personal care products displaces iodine.
In this track we are restoring the energetic frequencies of these raw materials the body needs.
Copper is necessary for:
- Collagen along with Zinc and vitamin C
- Hair pigmentation (people have reversed grey!)
- Iron balance
- Strong bones
- Uptake of neurotransmitters
- Myelin sheath around the nerves
- Detoxing fluoride
- Energy/ATP Production
- Increases insulin sensitivity
- Boosts thyroid, testosterone, DHEA, and human growth hormones
- Anti-fungal, bacterial, viral, parasite
- Strengthens blood vessels
- Prevents spider and varicose veins
Copper competes with zinc, so high levels of zinc can cause a copper deficiency which can look like a low white blood cell count. During COVID everyone was taking high levels of Zinc!
BONUS: Copper tripeptide-1 – a naturally occurring peptide (amino acid sequence) used in skin care for anti-aging and collagen production. Decreases as we age.
Iodine – another micro-nutrient needed by every cell in your body and not only lacking in our food supply but displaced by toxins. Iodine helps with:
- Allergies
- Breast Health
- Brain fog and cognition
- Cysts and nodules
- Cancer
- Energy and Fatigue
- Thyroid problems
- Menstrual irregularities
- Weight gain
- Balancing Hormones
- Depression
- Blood pressure
- Cholesterol
- Fibromyalgia
- Prostate health
- Constipation
- Immune System
- Sexual Health & Libido
Boron – joint pain / arthritis, acne, detox fluoride, boosts testosterone, antifungal (candida!), helps retain calcium and magnesium
Selenium – lipid based – allergies, mercury detox (released in wildfires!), cancer, heart health
Bicarbonates – Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium – raise alkalinity in body that cancer and pathogens do not like. Raises oxygen levels through increased C02
Silica – Skin nails, and hair, aluminum detox
Molybdenum – mercury detox, supports copper and sulfur usage
Zinc + Quercetin – collagen, allergies, Immune System, utlization of copper, sleep, vision, querecetin helps the zinc get into the cells
Intermittent Fasting and hGH
MP3
PURPOSE: Reduce Belly Fat, Increase Lean Muscle Mass
RESEARCH: Benefits of Intermittent Fasting, hGH Accelerates Fat Loss
One of the biggest benefits of intermittent fasting is a huge increase in Human Growth Hormone (hGH), estimated 1200% over one week of fasting.
Human growth hormone (hGH) is a peptide hormone that is best known for influencing bone and muscle growth and body composition. hGH is secreted from the pituitary gland in pulses, with the majority being released at night.
In women, human growth hormone levels start to decline in their early 20s, and signs of HGH deficiency include greater belly fat, dry skin, thinning hair, and loss of muscle tone (sarcopenia). hGH promotes muscle gain and muscle tone. Decreased levels oi hGH are also associated with weight-loss resistance.
For this program, we want to focus on the hGH properties of belly fat reduction and lean muscle mass increase, lowering blood sugar, and inducing autophagy (clean up of dead and dying cells). And welcome better skin, hair, less wrinkles, and denser bones as side benefits!
- Increase HGH
- Energetic IV of Arginine
- Energetic GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone) – a hormone from the hypothalamus that stimulates the release of growth hormone – It has been observed in mouse studies that obesity / excess fat tissue causes reduction in GHRH which causes reduced release of hGH. Another feedback loop with obesity that makes it harder to lose
- Energetic Growth hormone releasing factor (GRF) - GRF is released from the hypothalamus and binds to receptors in the anterior pituitary to induce the release of growth hormone
- Energies of ornithine, ornithine salt (OKG), glycine, and lysine – some studies show synergistic effects when these are taken together with arginine, maybe your body needs them!
- Glutamine – shifts the fuel for muscle from glucose to fatty acids and accelerates fat burning

inches & weight from waist, stomach, hips; getting out of bed now, looking younger
I have noticed an amazing transformation all over, in my health, my body, my mind, my energy, my face, my skin, my weight, my mental energy and clarity. I felt like I got in a med bed and had a complete healing from head to toe and totally reversed my aging!!!
I have noticeable weight loss and lost inches around my waist stomach and hips. My husband and my family said… Wow!!! The kids said Mom you are looking so good and so young. You don’t look like you have wrinkles for your age your skin is so smooth beautiful and young looking. What are you doing? (Now that’s a bonus!!!)”
I’m getting out of bed now which is totally amazing. I had given up. No matter what I was doing I couldn’t lose weight looked awful and was so sick. Now I can get up spring up out of bed with out thinking. I’m helping around the house now dishes, cleaning out closets, laundry etc.
It is so awesome, amazing and so miraculous!!! Words can’t describe our gratitude and appreciation!!! Thank you Lynn and Aimee so much. I will make sure I let everyone know if they like to get these MP3’s too. ~ Sara I
lost 2 inches, 5 lbs eating whatever I want
I have lost about 2 inches in all major areas, about 5 lbs of weight. I have eaten a lot, and can tell my metabolism really bumped up. When I would be bad and snack at night, I would wake up like I never ate anything. I think I would have had more weight loss and changes if I tried, but the beautiful thing is that I feel like I have been eating everything that I want. my energy is better, but the best feeling is not waking up feeling bloated and there is food still in my gut in the am. I was so pleasantly surprised by how I felt when I woke up. ~ Angela, beta-tester
not as hungry, no more snacking, cravings
Big difference in my appetite – not as hungry, eating less, and any cravings for carbs is GONE! Before this, I would have a 3:00 need for a salty carb snack. Not anymore! No more snacking. Sugar cravings minimized!! After 30 days, arms and belly are 1/2″ smaller, with NO changes in exercise! ~ Dana D., beta-tester
lost inches with decades long weight issue
I have a decades long weight issue. I was worried about taking measurements because I am flabby. And I didn’t really think anything would help. I was amazed when I finally measured today and saw that my bust and hips were a little over an inch smaller and my waist was half an inch smaller. Wow. ~ SR
cravings big improvement; renewed optimism
Really significant improvement in cravings and appetite. Desire for better foods is increased, desire for choc snacks has gone away.
I am calmer and generally happier, feeling less weighed down by my To Do list. Just happily getting things accomplished with less fretting. I’ve always been an optimistic person but the shine seemed to go from those feelings over the past couple of years. I now have a renewed feeling of positivity and optimism like I had years ago. ~ Deborah, beta-tester
skin soft and supple, morning tremors gone
My skin was very dry before using the MP3’s and now my skin is soft and supple. What a relief! I don’t feel like I wanna get out of my skin. No lotions or creams would resolve the problem. Before I listened to the MP3’s, I would wake up in the morning with tremors but after the first two weeks of listening to the MP3’s the tremors are gone. ~ Moneca D., beta-tester
significant change appetite & Cravings
I have noticed a significant difference in my appetite and cravings. I don’t crave sweets or snacks in the evening and late night. When I do indulge in sweets or snacks, I am now noticeably satisfied with a regular portion rather than binge eating for comfort or stress.~ Lisa S., beta-tester
sleeping better
I have been sleeping better. Even though I can’t really give any specifics, my body tells me that my thyroid is benefitting from the MP3s. ~ Sally D, beta-tester
energy, depression, headaches better
My energy levels are better! And the pain’s slightly better so exercise is increasing. There’s an extremely stressful situation at work, and I seem to be navigating it better than I would have a couple months ago. I feel like I’m rolling with the punches much better than I would have before I started the mp3s! And the depression ‘s better as well ;) And so are the tension headaches! ~ KE
less emotional eating, powerful TFE
I found that the third mp3 ( TFE’s) was the most powerful for me and it led to me re-take in some of your earlier programs that I bought. I am doing less emotional eating. ~ Ingrid, beta-tester
1 ½ inches off waist, ankles smaller
Overall, I’m feeling lighter in body, spirit and well being. Whilst I’ve released 3 pounds on the scales, my waistline has decreased by 1 ½ inches, my ankles are smaller and more flexible and I’m standing taller. I feel better about my life in general and I’ve had friends, family and my students tell me that I’m looking better and expressing their love for me. I’ve been motivated to begin moving more, seeking help to release the demons of my life and begin rebuilding my future.
Thanks Lynn. ~ Sally V.
HOLLOW CHEEKS FILLED IN, SKIN COLOR, LINES, JOWLS LIFTED
The one thing I wanted to change was the contour of my face, namely my hollow cheeks which made my face look drawn. I wanted to achieve this without having to put on weight.
The change started to become noticeable after Week 1. My cheeks felt better to a light touch of the hand. Then I looked into the mirror and my cheeks were not as concave as they were before I started listening to the audios.
Now, the cheek “”hollowness”” is no more. Definitely not concave and while they are not quite convex yet, they are in between, or straight. The effect is great because several related issues have also improved as listed below.
1. Skin discolouration has gone. This may be because with the filling out of the cheeks, there are no shadows being cast by the cheek bones which had given the impression of slight darker skin discolouration
2. The slight nasolabial lines have smoothed out and marionette lines much improved
3. Jowls were beginning to form but they have been lifted
4. Lips are also fuller and lip feathering … not noticeable
Or maybe these are all separate improvements because it is also very possible that the audios did the trick by targeting these issues specifically
Before I started listening to these audios, I would be reminded of the “”aging”” factor every time I was in front of a mirror. I never gave it any thought when the mirrored reminder was absent which suggests that I was happy with myself in other ways overall. Now my reflection can be included in my overall confidence about my appearance.
Needless to say, I am very happy with the results and will continue to listen to encourage further improvement. Thank you! ~ GS, beta-tester
LOST 20 LBS. HEADACHES GONE, THYROID BEST IN 40 YEARS
Although the “Blood & HOCATT Sauna + Niacin “ MP3s are my favorites, I listen daily to all of them for their synergetic effect on my body. My headaches are gone, my lungs have greatly improved, the edema in my legs is going down and my thyroid TSH is the lowest it has been in 40 years! I am now down from 168lbs to 148 lbs. ~ Sybil on Biohack Longevity
BROWN SPOTS SMALLER, SKIN CLEARER BETTER, DEEPER SLEEP, MORE ENERGY
I have been a fan of Lynn’s for a long time, having bought several of her programs already. Since I have been listening to the biohack series I noticed some brown spots in my face becoming smaller. The skin also is much clearer and better. My night sleep is much deeper than before and I have more energy during the day. Thank you Lynn! ~ Angelina on Biohack Anti-Agiing

- If in the description of an item, a different refund policy is stated, the policy in the description supersedes this 30-day policy for that specific item only.
- If an item includes a private session, whether sold as part of a package or singly, the item is no longer refundable once the private session has been conducted or if it is less than 24 hours before a session is scheduled, even if it is less than 30 days after purchase.
- Private sessions, whether sold as part of a package or singly, must be availed within six months of purchase or will be forfeited and no refund given. Exceptions are if in the description of the package, the speaker specifies a different time limit
- Only one refund can be requested within a 90-day period.
- As of March 2020, Paypal stopped refunding their fees which are 5%, so you will get 95% of your money back. If you think you may refund an item, we recommend using the direct credit card option as then you will get 100% of your refund.
To obtain a refund, please forward a copy of your receipt to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and for direct credit cards a 100% refund will be issued and for Paypal a 95% refund will be issued.
