You might have given up at this point, who could blame you! Nobody wants to fight a battle with their body their whole lives. Food is meant to be enjoyed! Life is meant to be enjoyed!

BUT… doesn’t extra weight lead to other health problems? My class reunion is coming up, my daughter’s wedding, I want to start dating… I really should try something.

Self-doubt, negative self-talk, frustration, stress – it’s a never-ending rollercoaster for people who struggle with body size.

Some of your pieces will be cookie cutter off the shelf, some you will find and have to trim away the bits that aren’t for you and THEN it fits in your puzzle.

This Love Your Body event is about learning about the possible pieces, and choosing just the parts that are right for you.

And your puzzle is not just physical/food/activity related, it is also emotional, spiritual, and mental. It’s all mix and match. And evolving. What worked in your 20s likely doesn’t work today.
