Module 1 - Giving Yourself Permission

Allowing yourself to really love yourself is the first step. We have many beliefs and emotions that play into whether it feels okay. In this module we will discuss what those are and then tap to release them.

You will also learn how to use the technique Where I Feel it In My Body.

Module 2 - Accepting Your "Bad"

This is where a lot of us get stuck. We have so many things we don’t like about ourselves, that our inner voice reminds us of constantly, that we just can’t ever get to that feeling of love or if we can, sustain it for any length of time. In this module, we will work on accepting these “flaws” and clearing our attachment to them.

You will also learn how to use the technique Clearing Memories.

Module 3 - Accepting Your "Good"

It’s not that big of deal. Lots of people are good at what I’m good at. It’s bragging.

So not only do we fixate on our “bad”, we dismiss our good.

I’m not saying you need to go around proclaiming how amazing you are, I’m saying that having that energy of recognizing your gifts will help offset constant “you aren’t good enough” you get from advertising.

This week we are going to release our blocks to acknowledging our good.

Module 4 - Defining Self-Love for You

Where are we going on this fun adventure?

In this module, you get to describe what your self-love destination looks like. Now that you have cleared some of the anxiety around it, you have the space to get clarity on what life can be like.

It doesn’t mean your life is a fairy tale though, you still have life’s up and downs.

In this module I’ll ask you some thought provoking questions so you can get clear on what living life looks like when you love yourself.

And then we’ll learn the Choices Method of EFT to help manifest it.

Module 5 - Other People

So many times we take what other people say or do as the gospel truth. As if their proclamations are the definitive answer in who we are.

But are they? Or is it a reflection of who THEY are?

In this module we will tap and clear the memories around other people which we think proves or supports our ideas that we are unloveable, unworthy, or less than.
