STATE OF EXTENDED HEALING AND PEACE
“For the past 30 years I have been in different types of therapy to overcome severe religious and sexual abuse, both in my childhood and in my ancestral line. I tried both traditional talk therapy, and alternative energy therapy. Traditional talk therapy can be a slow process because it is only dealing with the conscious mind. Therapy using healing energy is effective because it bypasses the conscious mind to access the subconscious mind and heal the limiting beliefs held there. However, although I have had more results with energy medicine than talk therapy, it wasn’t until working with Cindy that my progress really seemed to excel forward into a state of extended healing and peace.
The symptoms I was suffering from were extreme anxiety on a daily basis with insomnia every night. I was NOT able to completely process the abuse of my past and the negative effects that this abuse had on my life. I am 60# overweight, separated from my husband and children, minimally employed and in temporary housing. I feel deep grief that consumes my day and I cry daily at the loss of my childhood, marriage, family and life. I felt like I live a Ground hog day existence because I would daily work through blocks and emotions only to have them return full force within a day.
I was absolutely stuck in grief yet working full time to overcome it. I was exhausted when I found Cindy.
Cindy is gentle and kind when she works with you. She is able to help you heal from trauma or simple stuck emotions and patterns with
grace and ease. The modality she uses works with the whole brain, the left logical and the right creative brain, to create new empowering beliefs.
Past therapies cleared energy blocks and limiting beliefs, however, the new beliefs were not installed with the whole brain. Unless the whole brain is connecting the new belief, the subconscious mind resists and this causes stress in the body and mind and healing is blocked or temporary.
Cindy installed new beliefs when needed in a way that causes harmony in my brain vs. resistance. I am forever grateful for having Cindy help me with my healing process. “In a recent session with Cindy, I had a beautiful experience of healing! I had feelings of abandonment and intense loneliness come up at different times in my life. She did a theta healing for me on that and during it, I heard the powerful loving voice of God say, “I am with you always.” Then I had a vision of Jesus and Mother Mary who came and hugged me and sat with me holding my hand. They said, “You have never been alone even though you felt that way. From now on you will feel us with you. Your parents did their best and they are forgiven. Now you will feel the Love that never leaves.” I felt energy shifting through my throat and chest and solar plexus. Then she did a theta healing for releasing trauma. During that one, I saw pictures come out of my body from different places and they would be in front of me for a moment, very large and then would move away from me quickly into the distance shrinking and disappearing as they went.
