If this is your first time scheduling with us, click Create a New User Account. Enter your email address, name, phone number, and time zone in the appropriate fields, and click Create. This will become your login information for the scheduler.
NOTE: It is VERY important that you select your time zone when you create your login!
OR If you have a calendar account already, enter your email address in the appropriate field and click Log In.
Once you are logged in, you can scroll through the coming month(s) to find a convenient time for your session.
Note: Times on the scheduler are Eastern (New York) time. HOWEVER, when you click on a specific time, the appointment box will also display the time in the time zone you selected when you registered if it is different than Eastern.
For laptops/PCs: Please choose any of the white blocks outlined in black—these are the available times.
For mobile: Days that are light grey have available spots. Tap on one and click Available, and it will show you all the available times for that day and going forward.
Once you choose a time, enter your details (name, phone number, and issue you want to address) and click/tap Create Session.
You will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to connect at the time of the session.
How to Connect for your Appointment (she does not call you)
NOTE: Your practitioner does not call you directly nor do you call her/him; you connect together through a conference service called Zoom.
You can dial in OR connect via your computer/phone/tablet (you will need to download an app) using the information below.
Cancellation/Change Policy: All sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To update your session, please use the calendar on this page and cancel the old one and create a new one.
A cancellation / change / or no show less than 24 hours prior to the schedule time will result in forfeiture of the session without refund or reschedule. If the practitioner has to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, you will get both a make up session and a bonus 30-minute session.
