When you first start listening to these MP3s start with them in the order they are set out. You may listen to each one once or twice a day.
I would listen to all the MP3s in order first and then you can choose the one that resonates with you with your issues.
After you have completed the initial instructions you can play any mp3 of your choice for a day or several days.
After you have seen results you should continue listening to the track/tracks for at least another week. After this you can pause for a week and then listen for another week. I have an old issue with the ankle which has been broken into five pieces 15 years ago, and never restored it’s normal mobility. I played knee and feet more during the day – I felt very light legs, easier walking and movement. So in December I had twisted my ankle very badly and it was swollen like a baseball with limited range of motion. I had done physical therapy for mobility purposes but it remained enlarged. There have been some interesting changes. Such as the stiffness has significantly improved. The pain in my left knee has eased so much that it may ache once in a while. My feet would hurt some times when walking and now their pretty much pain free. My back issues, i.e. sciatica and left hip pain are no more.
Before I started using the MP3’s I was dealing with pain in different areas of my body. You get used to theses aches and pain, thinking this is what happens when you get older. Some days would be good and other days there would be an ache or pain in certain areas of the body. I have to say there was improvement in the knee, hip and feet. I suffered for several years with vertigo/vision issues, stiff sore muscles, frozen shoulders, skin issues including eczema, fungal infection.

Bloating of 40 years much better, knee pain of 10 years gone
I worked with Jo to help me with my bloating and my body felt twisted hence my knee was hurting. I experienced this bloating for about 40 years and the twist for about 10 years.
Since working with Jo, the bloating is much better, I feel lighter and my clothes are not as tight. FEELING POSITIVE ABOUT MY FUTURE WHILE HEALING FROM MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS
I was diagnosed with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 2016, I first presented with optical neuritis in 1996. Through the advancement of PMS I also have Fibromyalgia, IBS and depression, cognitive thought problems, plantar fasciitis, golfer’s & tennis elbow in both arms, trouble with my vision in both eyes, muscle weakness and spasms especially my legs, intercostal muscles ( muscles between my ribs) spasms in my back and shoulder/ neck. Bladder not emptying, constipation or diarrhoea. Fatigue. I lost all my confidence, self worth, self esteem and self respect. I also had some cysts. I passed my vision test and kept my ability to drive!
I passed my vision test and kept my ability to drive! A combination of very high myopia and cataracts threatened to end my driving career. Those living here in the mountains need a car to get to work and to shop for essentials, so I had to improve my eyesight. I requested treatment from Jo as I was in constant pain in my hamstrings for over two years and could barely walk. I was on countless pain killers that didnʼt work and doctors said they couldnʼt do anything to alleviate my pains. Since October 2021 to the present day I had eleven falls. A fall about 6 weeks ago caused my left wrist to fracture which is still painful. Generally my hands are weak and I often drop things. I also have shoulder pain and difficulty lifting my right arm. I was diagnosed with Cervical C5/6 and C6/7 and lumbar L5/SI spondylosis. Iʼve also had repeated TIAʼs as a result of extractions of most of my upper teeth 3 years ago which made my jowls sag and also affected my memory.

I had been in a head on car accident with my son back in 2016. We both ended up having emergency surgeries.

NOW CAN RAISE ARM ABOVE HEAD AND NO PAIN
I had suffered the inability to raise my right arm for almost a year. Caring for others had taken its toll. I was in a position where I was becoming unable to carry out day to day tasks comfortably and pain at night gave me restless sleep. Recently having had tests and a CT scan on the NHS for breathing problems I was informed my diaphragm under my left lung had pushed up into my lung (possibly caused by a fall some time earlier ) and my lung was only working at fifty percent capacity, and there was no treatment or drugs that could help, it would not get any worse and I just have to live with it.
